Estate Liquidation Management

Review: I hired Ms. [redacted] to liquidate the entire of my mobile home at [redacted] as I was moving to NV to a retirement facility and left my whole life behind in her hands and took only a few pieces of furniture etc, to fit in 460 sq.ft apartment in NV.. I was to receive 60% and she 40%. Among the pieces for her to sell was the following: 6 pc.French Provencial bedroom set including mattress; sofa & love seat to mAtch; china cabinet full of beautiful glasses and bowls etc; complete kitchen items like glass pots and pans, cutlery, electrical cooking items i.e. crockpot, waffle maker and all other electrical cooking items ones kitchen contained, one recliner w/footstool; misc.small tables, imported ceramic dog imported from Italy and too many items to mention here. At the end of the 2 day sale she sent me a check for $245. my 60% of the sale???That took place last year on Oct.21 to Oct.23. I was shocked by this small amount and felt she had taken most of it probably putting it in a warehouse and privately auctioning it off and keeping the proceeds. I have all the paperwork in my files. She claims the kitchen items that did not sell were given to [redacted] (my church. I had expected to clear at least $1000 but was so shocked when I received a check for $245.00. I was living in a retirement facility in NV. and returned to Redding two months later. Now I have nothing and have to go buy and replace everything and at 90 years of age that is one terrific fin ancial drain for me. I live on a SS retirement deposit?Desired Settlement: Since she made such a big promise and matter of selling my household items and that living in a mobile home where no Estate sales are allowed due to the traffic these create I had to leave it up to her how to sell my house full of furniture etc. I was literally scammed by her And the statement requested was so skimpy and not clear to what each individual item sold for. The Nevada retirement home was another rip-off and I had to come back to survive physically and emotionally.
