Dear Revdex.com As per my complaint that l emailed to you on Mon evening Oct 10th --per above reference I'd #---l received two phone calls this moring from a Ron and then min later from Matt the driverMy refrigator was finally delivered abt 11am this morningLater today l received a very distrurbing voicemail message from the owner Mr Chuck P [redacted] yelling & screaming at me for contacting you & threatening me about never returning to his storeUnfortunately our business is not over l have a day warrenty in place per this purchase which l fully intend to use if l need toAlso l feel for him not honoring the hour call back time as stated on his voicemail l should be compensated with an extra day warranty for the inconvenience of not getting the item on Sunday Oct 9thI have no reason or ntention of ever returning to his place of business and will be writing a review of the service l receivedIam also keeping the voicemail message left by him as l feel this is a threat as he knows where l live Sincerely, [redacted]

Unfortunately our business is not over l have a 30 day warrenty in place per this purchase which l fully intend to use if l need to. Also l feel for him not honoring the hour call back time as stated on his voicemail l should be compensated with an extra 30 day warranty for the inconvenience of not getting the item on Sunday Oct 9th.
