I would like to thank Eben and his crew at Estate Management Services for their excellent assistance this past year I am the POA/Trustee for my aunt and she recently moved to an assisted living community I live out of state and hired EMS to inventory my aunt's home, and move all items to an auction company They also checked on the property every week to ensure no vandalism occurred They made this overwhelming responsibility so easy Their work is thorough and all communications were timely They are honest and dependable and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else that needs such services

I received excellent service from a staff of kind, helpful, professional, and hardworking people I had to manage and liquidate my father’s property, and EMS handled the whole process from beginning to end I realize now that there was no way I could have done this on my own, particularly because I do not live near the property Their team took care of everything without my having to be there I recommend them without reservation

Estate Management Services was a vital link in providing in-home care for our ill mother and brother from a distance EMS handled all manner of calls to fix the toilet or take care of spider's nests at a moment's notice All this work was done while Mom was still in the home Then, after Mom moved into a care home, EMS stepped up their assistance Their team helped clear the family home in an expeditious and careful manner Also, they helped us find a great realtor who helped us efficiently sell our home Team member Daniel, never judged our situation, and he was always looking for solutions Our family found excellent value in their services I would highly recommend EMS
