Hello, I went back to the homeowners residence on September 13, 2017 to address any concerns and finish up the job that could not be completed the first time due to not having a disconnect on the truck during the original repair. I was not allowed to finish the work . I bypassed the...
disconnect straight to the breaker box for a temporary fix. This was perfectly safe and the unit was operational. I also changed the capacitor and recharged the system with freon.I would be more than happy to go back out and install the disconnect for the homeowner if they wish, but do not feel that a refund is due.
