As a condo owner of the property they were managing, there were only a few times that I had to contact them. They rarely returned by calls or emails; they were unresponsive when I asked about moving-in condo rules; in one phone conversation the management stated they would send me copies of documents but didn't. Generally it seemed that they handled the essential management functions sufficiently, and the AGM's were adequate. Their communication and responsiveness was very poor.
