Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response? would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ? ? , I tried calling the owner at the auto shop, steve, he was again very rude and over talked me, would not let me speak and hung uphe is not about customer service and he does not care about people, he messed up my car since day when he put the wrong motor mount on my car and the engine was tilted and should not have been verified by repair shops close to dan jones automotive I took the car back to dan jones days in a row and the car still was not fixed that is when I let steve know since he had the car times and the car was not fixed I would have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed since he could not fix the motor mount correctlyi paid good money to have the air conditioning fixed and it quit working and I took it to repair shops again and both told me the a/c condenser that dan jones put on was "HANGING LOOSE AND NOT MOUNTED" they told me that could be why the air conditioning quit working dan jones/ steve did not care to fix it when I took it back there he was rude and gave me the car back without fixing the air, he said "HE WOULD NOT DO IT" he denied any refundi had no work on the a/c done anywhere else and took it back to him and he would not fix it and make it right or give me any money back.? steve is an awful human being to treat anyone this waythis is not how you run a business and treat customers like trash.? that is how he is, I called for the last time on 3/and he would not let me talk and hung upit looks like court is the only option so friday 3/i will file in [redacted] county small claims court as I have witnesses who will 100% prove he messed my car up more then once , I kept the receipts as well and statements from the other repair shopsthank you Revdex.com for trying to resolve the issuehe cannot be reasoned with

This consumer is asking for a partial refund based on what other shops have told himThis vehicle has been taken to different shops and has had work done at different places, therefore we cannot guarantee work that has been done We do not refund money because of what another shop states is wrong with work we may have done Our consumers are made aware of what our prices are, and we do not price match with other companiesWe do not feel a refund is due and we are sorry we are not able to assist this consumer further.Dan Jones Automotive Specialists, Inc
