I would Not recommend Estate Sale Guru'sHad a sale Sept, 22,23, He gave me the contract to sign while the sale was going onTo late to ask questionsWhy did we have to buy his employees breakfast? NO INVENTORY LIST!! Without an Inventory list you cannot present a true accounting? Cashiers were inattentiveTERRIBLE ACCOUNTING! I'M STILL SENDING HIM LIST'S OF THINGS I SOLD DURING THE SALE He says that he will consult with the cashier Haven't heard from him !!! Dealing with Rusty was very disappointing!

I was very pleased with the work of this estate sale company From the first time we met [redacted] was extremely organized and I knew from the start he knew what he was doing The sale was handled efficiently and everything was staged in a beautiful wayTruthfully I have never seen such an organized estate sale I am very happy with the results and my place was left immaculate

I contacted several companies with regards to hosting my sale and was turned downMy parent's home was not high end but they took lovely care of their items(which were definitely dated)Rusty accepted the challengeI was able to spend a weekend at the beach and returned to a cleared out homeI didn't burn a calorieHe took care of everything and we were able to get the house listed immediately I was thrilled to receive a check tooWithout Rusty, I would have been doing the work to clear the house out myself and it probably would have cost me a few hundred dollars to rent a truckInstead, I went to the beach and cashed a checkTHANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I met *** and his team early in at one of his salesI told him I desperately needed his services because I am the executor of estates and simply overwhelmed with the amount of antiques and collectibles in my homeI had a day sale in June and a day sale in July! *** and his team were amazing! They handled all advertising, staging, pricing and communications to there regular customers! An abundance of pictures were uploaded to there website as well as videos! They also advertised on local buy/sell websites in my community which lured in a couple hundred customers! Both sales were a huge success! I am currently regrouping and reorganizing for a future estate sale! I'm looking forward to hiring Estate Sale Gurus again!

I contracted with Estate Sale Guru Rusty S*** to do and Estate Sale in my home July He conducted the sale, did not pay me for all items sold In addition, he took several dozen pieces of art on consignment for days He has not returned my art, or paid me for the nearly $10,in artwork he took from my home He will not return phone calls, or emails I have had to seek out other authorities to assist me in resolving this issue

Rusty was a pleasure to meet and I found him to be reliable, honest, and fairI would recommend this business
