We take privacy very seriously so we have removed all interior photos of [redacted] property from our site. 
 
I apologize for our mistake: we should have taken down the photos immediately upon hearing from [redacted]. 
 
I do not believe that [redacted] is a...

customer of ours in the sense that she did not buy or use our home buying service nor did she buy the home from us, but that is no excuse for keeping photos of her home on Estately after she requested to have them removed. 
 
Local MLSes give us listings and interior photos and the license to show the information. I would suggest to [redacted] that she take up this matter with them as well as with us as over 300 different sites get data from the same MLS-based source.
 
We are reviewing our processes right now to make it easier for consumers to remove listings.
