Review: I purchased a car on 12/20/2003 from them. My check engine light came on this date 01/21/2014 I took the car to a family mechanic They said that I had a transmission problem I then went to the dealership on 01/22/2014 He sent me to his mechanic to get the car looked at and they told me my transmission was burnt out. I have proof that I make my payments on time, proof that I did not sign the warranty, and proof that I went with his mechanic to get my car checked.Desired Settlement: All I'm asking is for him to give my money back. I no longer want to deal with the company.

Effectively, this client bought a Honda Accord, year 2000 on December 20, 2013. The client came on January 22, 2014 and told me that she would like to return the car because some family members, who are mechanics, told her that the car's transmission was not good. Therefore, I, [redacted], told her that I was going to check on the Customer Warranty. By looking at the warranty, I told her that I could not do anything for her because the warranty I give to my customers had already expired. The Buyers Guide I gave to this client state "Duration: The earlier of 30 days or 1,000 miles from the odometer reading on the contract." Thus, my client is lying. To try to help her, 1 recommend her a cheaper car mechanic; I know that can repair the car for a lesser price. To prove my statement I am attaching a copy of the Warranty signed on December 20, 2014.
