Review: on Sept. *,2015 I purchased from Estelle's a dress,shoes,and a handbag I was very undecided on the dress because was not the color that I wanted asked if it could be ordered was told by sales girl could take up to 2 weeks or sometimes 3 and sometimes they charge more money thought that was ripping off the customers so didn't pursue the issue......after being in the store almost 2 hrs decided to purchase all 3 items at register to pay the cashier knew I was hesitant to purchase one of the shoes was damaged alittle I asked for discount was given 10% she told me shoes were final sale ,handbag was final sale dress was 5 days so if I decided I didn't want I could return so I paid and left the store .On Sept. *,2015 I decided to return the dress went to store and was told no refunds only store credit I was so shocked explained I was not told that asked for a manager someone came told me her name was Stephanie her name tag was under her sweater not fully showing explain everything to her and she said ....im sure you were told the policy and we don't have to tell customers anything read your receipt......very stern and with a smirk on her face which now unset me I explained to her numerous times if I had known and was given the proper information I would not have made the purchase so now Im stuck with shoes ,and a handbag which by the way she asked if I had cause she would have taken back BUT YET I was told final sale on that after all said and done I took the store credit on dress cause at that point I wanted out of that store ,she was extremely rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL ......how the owners of this store could hire someone like this may be a reason why all other stores are closed when a manager laughs in a customers face is a insult its customers who pay her salary I would never recommend that store to anyone also this dress was for a wedding and other guest were going to shop there ...no longer happeningDesired Settlement: I want my money back on dress and handbag my total purchase was 242.40 ....dress was 141.20 plus handbag was 49.99 plus tax

stay away! The reviews are right, the staff is very rude! I came here tonight in hopes of finding my wedding dress (what should be a HAPPY moment). Instead I come into no one offering to help... to some rude woman walking up to ask; can I help you? Well yes, yes you can I am looking for these dresses on my list (a list which I formulated from your website) she informs me that they do not have any of them! I had 6 Maggie Sottero's listed, seriously? I said fine I am looking for this style & in this price range ($1500) she says well maybe you should look at a different designer because there are none in that price range. REALLY! You're going to insult me? Me ... The customer! there are plenty MS dresses in that range. She then excuses herself to help someone try on a tiara! Get real, I've been to plenty of high end boutiques and Estelles is most definitely not one of them!! A bit of advice for the owners, when your employees work in a customer service industry, you should really focus on making the customer feel comfortable and welcomed, not the image your current staff portrays. Always remember at the end of the day your business is open because of people like us!!

Review: I went here for my wedding dress in april. Put a deposit of 400 dollars down. None of the staff told me suring the duration of 4 months that they dont do alterations even tho a staff member said the opposite that my dress was a special order and that their arent any refunds that the layaway plan is only 2 weeks which doesnt make any since because when we put the deposit down we mentioned lay a way and the person said okay thats it. They called multiple times but didnt mention anything about money. Then when my mom went to put money fown they basically forced her to pay. They told her she had 2 days to pay and my mother went to the car and cried my father have her his credit card to pay for it. After lack of communication my mother still paid for it. I would like a refund their isnt any communication between staff and customer.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund or something need to be complimemtary or the price is shaved down from original.
