by the business in reference to complaint ID ***In response to the what was sent in by *** Esterman, the only error I saw was the amount that was initially wiredThe initial amount that was wired to Esterman was $59,000, and as of today 5-5-2014 $19,has been returned at this point. Which still leaves the balance owed by Esterman of $40,MrEsterman continues to refer to a third party in regards to whom actually has the remainder of our moneyEsterman has relayed that same information along to us when we last spoke, However attached you we see a email from *** *** (*** *** ***) who is the direct manager of the ***In this email it states that he would NEVER send a client or potential client to a third party and especially not the party in questionAlso, our contract was done with *** Esterman and he holds TOTAL responsibility for the funds that were sent directly to himWe do not know or care to know any third party that was involved due to the negligence of *** Esterman and his agency. Attached you will see a copy of the contract that was done with *** Esterman and the amount in question*** Esterman has been very unprofessional since the very start of this issues and we just need our money returned. We filed a lawsuit against My Esterman and when they came to serve him the sheriff was told that *** Esterman moved to TexasWe fully intend of moving forward against *** Esterman and will sue for damages and fees if this is resolved quicklyWe have been receiving a bunch of lies and empty promises since January. We are going to move forward to have him banned and have his license taken away as wellOur Attorney is *** *** was is copied on this complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
As mentioned before our dealings were with Esterman and we do not care about any promises made by a third party. As of today we have not received any communication from Esterman since May 25th. There are no real time arrangements made with us where we know when we will get our money back. We won't just sit here and wait while you string us along telling us your still waiting on a third party. We need the money returned in a more professional and timely manner. Also Esterman Attorney has been giving very little assistance to our legal team and also mentioned that it doesn't represent [redacted] when it comes to this suit, even though [redacted] has been identified as an employee of [redacted] Esterman. It's way to much back and forth and stalling on Esterman's part and we just would like to get the funds returned. At that time we will not pursue any further action against [redacted] Esterman.

Review: I brokered a model, [redacted], through [redacted] Esterman(www.esterman.com) agency. I paid the required $900.00 down deposit months ahead of time. I purchased two roundtrip airfare tickets for this model and two hotel rooms as well. The total upfront costs was $1,915.96. I was informed the day before [redacted] was supposed to arrive that she didn't feel safe coming and that she was going to reimburse all of my upfront costs. I even gave her and [redacted] Esterman a payment plan to reimburse myself of the $1,915.96 but a certain attorney for [redacted] stated that I am owed nothing. I tried contacting [redacted] Esterman several times via email, letter and phone calls but each time he would either hang-up or not answer my inquiries. I have a small claims case against [redacted] and [redacted] Esterman ready to file.Desired Settlement: I am owed the complete amount of $1,915.96 and that includes my down deposit of $900.00 and the totals of the airfare and the hotel expenses. [redacted] Esterman and this attorney named [redacted] seemed to think I will quietly go away with this matter. But I am owed this refund. I have all the contracts, engagement agreements and all the necessary receipts with confirmation codes.

Review: Esterman llc was contracted to secure talent for upcoming concert and was wired an deposit of 50,000. Esterman was not able to secure the contract due do bad relationships within the company. Esterman was asked to return the deposit and failed to do so, passing the blame on to a third party. This is by far the worst business we have ever had to deal with and was very unprofessional. We advise none to use their services because they can't deliver on any of the promises they tell their clients. Website is very misleading of the services they actually provide.Desired Settlement: Refund and to make sure nobody else has to deal with this company.
