Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Business came and caulked door which I feel will be a temporary solution until the next rain stormWe do not owe the buisness money, per the contract everyone signed when the house was built, all numbers are correct To put blame on the home owners for your error is not our problem So I will not be buying storm doors because that will be an expense that is coming out of our pocket, yet again, to fix something that shouldn't even be happening Regards, [redacted]
