Estes Custom Builders is sorry for any miscommunication during this project*** *** cement board was installed behind the tile in the master showerThis is a standard practice and material used by Estes Custom Builders in all homesThe board is alwaysused behind the tile in our shower
surrounds and custom tiled showers.In this particular home there is an entry into this shower that is tiled but not in the actual shower unit*** was not placed in this entrance because it is not a part of the actual shower or splash areaHowever as stated Estes Custom Builders used *** in the actual shower.The signed spec sheet to this home does include a generator switch however, it does not specify a or amp switchWe did not receive a change order from the client requesting a amp generator switch, so our standard amp switch was installed in the home per spec plans.
