automatically deliver and email her the delivery ticket. [redacted] agreed to the automatic delivery instead of the will call option. The first delivery was on 12/29 three days after the initial conversation. On the recorded conversation, our customer relations rep explained to [redacted] that we require credit check approval to determine payment arrangements. This account qualified for a credit card to be retained on file to charge after every delivery. She would get a .15 cent per gallon discount for prompt payment. Again, [redacted] agreed with his arrangement and gave us her credit card information. The card was charged for the first delivery with a discount of $35.55. We have since taken this account off automatic delivery per her request on 1/19/18. We will honor the discounted price for the second delivery and expect a payment within a reasonable time frame.
