This person is only years old child, please tell me what rental company is going to rent a 14,dollar machine to a year oldThis is common knowledge at 17, you cant rent any equipment you cant buy beer or set a reservation at a hotel from anyoneSo for us to ask every customer that call us if they are over years of age is unrealistic and we wont do itIt clearly states it on our website and as well as our brochuresThis is a child who need a parent to teach them the ways of the worldSORRY NO REFUND for your ignoranceIn reality we have a no refund policy if you cancel with in hoursThis person actually rented atv's and we did a full refund for the one and 1/for the other at the time of the ride so I feel I did them a favor by refunding what we didIf I was him, count $as the cost of learning how the world works because I did refund them $dollar's back to his account and I feel that was more then enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This man first of wreck an atv with over dollars of damage the damage protection only covers the damage done to the atv so he paid the the dollar deductibleHowever it does not cover lost rentals of days that it will take to fix the atv and at dollars per day your total owed for what he did and lost rentals is dollars It clearly states that in the contract they signedAs for talking to this man, we had to call the cops on him because he threatened both of my employees life and both employees were in fear of there lives I called him today and he threatened my life so I refuse to talk to this man I will not refund any money to this customer period! He is lucky my employees didnt want to charge them trespassing and threatened there life

I will walk you through our procedure1.You come in to our office to fill out Waiver and Responsibility contract one hour before your ride(Revdex.com you have a copy of the contract they singed)Make payment and sign blank Credit card slip for damagesAs you are signing you are told you are responsible for any damages and will be charged for any damages if they happen3.You are fitted for helmet Customer go thru a safety meeting that includes watching a video and a verbal meeting which included rules of the trailWe also go over the trail map and the map to the trail headAnd the very last thing we say is " please drive safely you are responsible for all damages done to the equipment we do have your signature on a contract and we do have your credit card on file."Customer drive yourself to the trail head and get checked in with a instructorCustomer go thru a drivers meeting that include rules of the trail and you also go thru a drivers safety course before you leaveHere again you are told you are responsible for your equipment and any damages happen you will be charged for themCustomer rides for hours and come back to the same place you started when you are done with your rideIf customer damage the equipment you are shown the damages and we take pictures of damages done to the equipment.9.Then the customer is told to came back down to the office and talk with [redacted] he will have a total for the damages when you get down to the store frontI get a call for the lead instructor with a list of damages done to the equipmentI go on line to the proper manufacture and find the parts that are damaged and create a list and price for the customer to pay for when they come back to the officeWhen customer shows up for paying the damages that are done to the equipment, I provide a list and price that is required to fix the equipmentCustomer pays with there credit card on file and customer leavesDone.Now sometimes I try to help out the customer by taking payment's over a few months or if the customer has insurance I have the option to charge them that day or I can help them out and see what there insurance will do for themBut in all reality they are responsible for the damages and must pay that dayThis time I was trying to be nice and help them out by seeing what there insurance would do for them.So lets go back to step 12: 1.I did indeed show them what was the total done on the equipment I still have the hand written note I wrote with the list and prices for the replacement partsthey were shown that list as well as the web site with the lists of part on it with the totalI do this way so they know I am not just pulling number out of nowhereThe total was a little bit over dollarsThey told me they had insurance and it should pay for all the damages done to the equipmentI first told them they need to pay for it up front and when the insurance pays me back I would repay them backThen I changed my mind and said ok lets see what your insurance will payThen on the 8th of Sept [redacted] called me back and informed me the insurance will only pay dollars for the damage they done to the equipment and go ahead and charge my card for the $which is the would be the remanding balance due if and when the insurance paidThe 8th of SeptI sent a fax in to the insurance company with a list of part and invoiceNot hearing anything back for the insurance I refaxed the same information a week laterOne more week goes by and I refaxed the information to him again on Sept 24th at amI called him several times to see if he got the information but I never got a call backAs per the contract I charged them for the remaining amount due which was on the 24th of Sept at around 1:pm because I felt like the insurance company was giving me the run around and I need to get paid so I could get this atv back up and running againI received a call from [redacted] Mid November sorry asking me why I charged her card for the I told her that her insurance wasn't following through on there end, and as per the contract you are responsible for the damages done to the equipmentShe was unaware of what was going on with her insurance and was going to look into itI told her our transaction is done you are paid in full and you need to figure out how do get your dollars from the insurance companyWe both ended the conversation knowing we were done dealing with this issue and she was going to deal with the insurance company directly to get her backThen in DecI get a call from a different person asking for the information to be faxed to him because Mr [redacted] wasn't with the company any more because he wasn't doing his job ( that was what I was told if that was true or not I don't know) I told him we are closed for the year and with the holidays I would be able to get him the information until after 1st of the yearI refaxed the information to them again in the first part of January and assumed everything was taking care ofI was emailed a release form from the insurance company on January 1stI didn't find it until the 10th of January because it went into my junk file as well as the the two other emails they sent me in NovPlease notice the dates they were sent after my conversation with [redacted] I have attached the release form and the email to this email below I did email them tonight to find out if payment was made on this claim.This is the but go right a head here is the number [redacted] As for the parking issue we offerparking next to my store however I have no control how busy it is going to be or if there will be parkng available for you because it is free parking to the public You are coming to [redacted] at on a Labor Day weekend to think it will be not busy means you were not planning aheadYou live here in Colorado and you know [redacted] is one of the most visited town in Colorado during the Labor Day Weekend and to blame me for not finding parking is ludicrous I never said " its a quite Little Town" , I usually tell people it's very busy and ***ing is hard to find so plan to walk to my store and allow extra timeDid I say that to them I don't know I talk to hundreds of people during the holiday, but I would never say " Its a quite Little Town" Yes it is a hour event, one hour to check and drive to the trail head and hours of ride timeIt's states it on my website, my brochures and when you call set up the reservation you are told it a hour ride please show up an hour before your ride time to get checked in and drive your self to the trail head and I know I said that to them because I say it to everyone of my customers who callAs for giving them a ride to the trail headI have never said I would drive you to the trail head nor have I ever given someone a ride to the trail head that would mean I would have to close the office to do thatPlease read our website it clear states you will be driving our self to the trail headHere is my question to youWhy did every other customer who had a reservation for the same drive time knew they were driving them selves to the trail head? Let me answer that for you because I told them or they read it on my website that they were driving themselves to the trail headSo why would I tell you a different plan that I was driving you to the trail headI never would! Been doing business this way for years where you drive your self to the trail headThe parking you are talking about if free parking ng for hoursSo being you are only at my office for minutes and you are driving your own car to the trail head there is no charge to park there For me saying" I pay for parking" I never said thatWhat did say? " I pay rent that allows me to park in the back of the building"I really don't see what that has to do with you finding parking??? but anyways that what I said.As for the statement by one of my employees saying " we are selling off our equipment in a few day" None of my employees would ever say thatThere is no reason for them to say and by the way I still have the equipment in my fleet So that statement is faultsLike I said earlier I am willing to sign the release waiver or refax the info to there insurance company so that they get paidBut I will not refund any monies back to you As you can see I have answered all there question, I have provided proof of contract with signatures, proof of damage with the pics, and proof there insurance did receive all the information I sent to thembecause if I didn't they would not have sent a RELEASE FORM to me in January[redacted] ***

I booked a reservation with Estes Park ATV Rentals based on a trip I made this weekDue to unforseen circumstances I had to leave hours prior to my reservation and head back home to StLouisI am now out $because the owner refuses to refund my moneyI understand there is a hour window where I can notify them to get a refundHowever being in meetings all day they were not open when I calledI emailed them with hours notice and called multiple times the next morning with no answerWhen I finally recieved a call back I was told I can use it next time I am in town but no refund will be givenI have no plans of going back to Denver for a long time and would like my money refundedAgain I understand needing to rebook the vehicle but I had no choice in the matter of leaving before my reservationIf this is not handled I will contact my bank next

I sorry he feels that way but why would I lie The atv was damaged and he and his party did sign and agreed to the conditions of contractAll parties involved were shown the damages done to the atv and were also shown an invoice with a list of all damagesAs it state in the contract in section 3: I agree to pay for all such loss or damages. As for selling the equipment, we would never sell our with months still to go in our seasonIf we sell our equipment it is at the end of the year when we order new equipment As for the insurance part of this complaint I was only trying to help them out with itIt is not my responsibility for me to collect insurance payments and or information for themAs it states in the contract they signed they are full responsible for any damages and must pay when the damages are done In all reality it is there responsibility to have the insurance follow up on all that is neededWhich by the way I did fax all the required information to there insurance company several timesI truly believe they have been paid by there insurance and are trying to double dip and get paid twice for it. I have no problem faxing the information to there insurance company again I have nothing to hide and I believe we still have the photo's of what was damaged to the ATVBut please note the ATV was fixed in late Septand was put back into the fleet to finish the rest of seasonAlso I would like to inform you we still have the ATV and plan of using it as a back up ATV for next season when things like this happen.I really don't know what else I can to do to help them outI feel bad for them but they are responsible for the damages done to the ATV and it clearly states they are responsible to pay us when the damages happenThe last this I want to do is charge people for damaging my equipment, it ruins the experience and leaves a bad feeling between us and the customersIt is a unguided ride and things do haapen out there I try to do everything to help them out by not charging them per day for lost rental to up to day's which they are responsible for ( $x days = $2,100)I faxed the information to there insurance company several times and I held off taking final payment until Sept when them damages were done on Sept 1stThat was almost a whole month I waited to see what there insurance was going to do for themI didn't have to do that I could have charged them that day they damaged the ATV for the whole amount and let them figure out how to get there insurance company to pay themThis is not my fault they there insurance has not followed up on the claimThe insurance company could have came to my office in *** *** and we could have shown them all the damages done to the ATVIt's not like we don't have a permanent office in *** ***We have been at the same location for over years *** *** *** *** ***and have been in business for over years in *** ***They could have come and seen us if they really wanted to solve the claim So I feel I done what I can to help them out. I am rejecting this response because: he is a liar I never agreed to pay damages we told him to call me insurance company he never tried to contact us we tried on separate occasions the insurance adjuster tried on three or four occasions he never returned any responses he never provided us with a work order my insurance adjuster asked him the same thing he never called insurance adjuster back that ATV was previously damaged and he knows it I showed the insurance adjuster pictures of the damage you could see how many times they bumped off of rocks every single room on it was totally des***ed the tie rod ends were totally gone the pickle head transmission damage could kept slipping out of gear which is why it popped off the road I did not jump the vehicle at any timeand his employees were saying that they were selling those and needed to get some money is own employees he is very deceptive and there is no way I would've pain any charges without a work order of genuine value this is the first time he's even written any of that down you can call me insurance adjuster and he will back up everything I said because it's true and he just charged my card $he didn't charge and change it to $so it this point now I want all her money back and an apology he also lied about the time the vehicles out he lied about ***ing in the ***ing lot couldn't *** less than a mile away because of the weekend he bothered to tell anybody how busy that town is on that holiday weekend and he closed down The ATV rentals from what I understand the very next day and sensors a weekday you didn't have much going on

I am rejecting this response because: They gave bad vehicle because one guy was telling other guy not to give us this vehicle but he said it's OKAlso that vehicle was broken while we were riding vehicle it broke so that is not our faultHe treat us so bad and now he refuse to give us refund? Mr*** rented for us on Sept 2nd several atv's and one of the persons in his party did
jumped and hit a tree and damaged the atvWhen they showed up at the office we showed them the damage done to the atv and a invoice of how much it was going to cost to fix it The total was 1,dollars and they agreed to the list of damages and well as the cost for the item's that were damagedThey said they had insurance and that would cover only 1,of the damages so I charged there card for the balanceAs it states in our contract they are fully responsible for all damagesI was trying to help them out so I only charged them the I faxed the information to *** *** At fax number ** *** on Sept 8th and 18th and my last fax on Sept 24th I never got a response so I charged them for the balance do of a As it states in there contract section " I have left a signed credit card charge slip for this purpose and hereby authorize the Company to charge my account for the damages caused under the terms of the rental agreement" ALSO under that section It states " I agree to pay for all such loss or damages I also agree to pay for the loss of the use of any or other vehicles covered by this agreement damaged by myself or others riders, at a rate of dollar's per day from the date of damages until repaired in rental service not to exceed daysPlease note I did not enforce this part of this contract to help them outAlso Why would I sell a atv that is repairable with still months of season still to goSo we never sold the atv by the way I still have atv in my fleet To add to the insurance issues I did get a call in late Nov from there insurance company wanting me to refax the information back to them because *** *** was fired for not doing his jobI told them I would be in January before I could get the information to them because we were closed for the season and wont get back in the office until after the Holiday's So in January 3rd I sent it again to the number and I haven't heard from them againI thought the problem was resolved. As for the them only riding hours on a hour ride it was because they wrecked the atv during the 2nd hour of there ride and the two parties both incurred injuries that required medical attention that ended there ride Now the rest of the party could have kept riding but they chose to stop riding not us. list of damages they agreed to when I charged them Frt alum bumper Frt Plastic Cab Top Rack FrtFascia Top Alum Support Radiator Asb fan 198.999.Plasitic Cover Labor 250.00Total 1,705.92My only question if they didn't agree to the price of the list of damages then why would they agree to pay me the original and expect there Insurance to cover the other 1000.00. As for the trail, over percent of my rider's have never been on a atv and they ride that same trail without wrecking or complaining about the trail systemThe trail is managed by the National Forest Service and if they thought the trail was damaged and to dangerous they would close the system down. I tried times in Sept to get the info to the insurance company and once in January, so I really don't know what else I can do here to help themThe reality of the situation they are responsible for the full amount of damages done to the atvThey signed the contract and agreed to the terms of the contract and payment in full is required when the atv is damaged

NOTE: before we went on the ride I questioned the condition of my UTV I was renting. They assured me that the machines were checked over 6 times daily and were in great working order.
WARNING please do not use this service! My family and I rented two side by sides, (cost $400) which was fine with me. We get to the trail and they send me out on an older yamaha rhino (which had obviously been run through the mill the seat was completely duct taped, every tire had a plug in it) about 15 minutes being on the trail I noticed the tire was going low. Before we could make it back it was flat , so I stopped right there.
My group went back to camp and they gave us another side by side. BUT when we returned back ---- (the owner) informed my he was charging me $145 dollars to replace the tire. I tried reasoning with him that I had done no damage to it. He said I didnt know how to drive it and I tore it up, (the damage was clearly already done.) He was very rude and unhelpful
PLEASE do NOT use them their equipment is junk and they are extremely rude. AND scammed me out of $145 dollars. For nothing I had done.... I told him I would write a bad review on the internet, ---- said he did not care and did not care to have refferal business...
NOTE: the problem wasnt the $145 dollars extra he charged me, the problem was, the damage to the tire was clearly already done ( we were on the trail for mabe 15 minutes when the tire went flat. It was clearly already damaged when we started. (but the technicians assured me it was "FINE"

With so many complaints in July it is no wonder. False Statements:  I admitted to wrecking the vehicle...I did not.                               I left site before trail boss could assess damage... the trail boss accepted the vehicles and told us to hold on, they were trying to transport the injured man and he would get us out of there as soon as they could.  We waited at least 30 minutes to be released by the trail boss.  There was actually no way to skip out.  The road was closed.False Statement:  I called you twice to explain and you never called me back....well, with so many complaints for July, it must have been hard to keep track of who you talked to.  We did in fact talk, mostly you talked telling me "It's people like you who don't take responsibility".  You told me the damage was $1095, the deductible was $500 and the lost use fee was $500.  You told me you could have charged me more but you were being nice. When I hung up on your rant, you called me back to just continue your rant.  You threatened to charge more on my charge card, which by the way, you charged 2 days after my ride. Your customers are required to drive 30 minutes to return helmets which we did.  I had a conversation with your cashier to clarify a charge, no problem.  Your Trail Boss had over 30 more minutes to inform your cashier to let me know of any damage.  There was no damage caused by me or my family, plain and simple.  With so many complaints in July this case has been elevated to the Colorado State Attorney.  Happy Trails.

As it clearly states in the contract in the Terms and Conditions in Item #3 you are responsible for all damages and lost rentals. All I am doing is enforcing the terms of the contract. As our conversation we had you admitted you wrecked the unit and you also admitted you left before the Trail Boss...

could get back to assess the damages done to the unit. I did in fact call you twice that day to explain what you did to the unit and what you were responsible for but you never called me back or answered the phone call.  You called me back only when you realized I charged you for what you did.  As for the checking you in. You were told that there was a  sever accident that required Flight For Life to be called in and you were told to wait. You chose to leave and thought you got away without having to paying for what you did. You wrecked the unit you are required to pay for all damages and lost rentals its that simple. Lets put it this way if you didn't wreck you would have had a great time with us.The only time I ever get a complaint is when people wreck and I hold them accountable for what they did. No refund will be given.
