The point of reaching out to the Revdex.com is because I did not feel like there was a resolutionI would like my $back, and the way that it was booked along with the phone conversation, I did not see a reason why I would be charged for not using their serviceIt is ridiculous to me that being reasonable and on a day that they did not have that many passengers that a simple refund would not be allowedSo no, I am not happy, and I would like a resolution
