Estes Park Trail Gazette

I contacted the EP Trail Gazette to subscribe to the paper via phone. When I contacted the paper about a non-delivery I was told that the subscription is mail delivery only. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was told that the company had a no refund policy. At no time when I setup the subscription was I told that the paper would only be mailed or that they had a no refund policy. I do not think it is ethical to have a no refund policy and state that at the time the agreement is presented. Had I known that A) the paper was mail delivery only and B) they did not give refunds, I would not have subscribed to the paper. Estes Park gets to keep my $52 and I get nothing. I do not want electronic delivery for a lesser cost. I much prefer a hardcopy paper, not something I have to read on a tablet or computer
