sans-serif; color: #333333;">In regards to the complaint made by the customer the $26 that was charged included not only the work done on her daughter but of her son as well. The prices are up for customers to see and the business is licensed.

Review: I went in there with my 8 year old daughter to have her hair brushed out and cut. it says 10 dollars for girls cuts and the brushing out of her hair was 5 which was reasonable. I went back again the next week, as her hair is thick and needed to be brushed out again and this time when I checked the price it was listed as the same so I got the same thing done and they charged me 26. and said they needed to charge an additional ten dollars for blowdrying which they had done the week before without an additional 10 dollars for blowdrying I paid it and then went back the next week hoping a different lady would be there, the one who was there the first week and she said it was 15 dollars but [redacted] lady corrected her and said it was not fifteen dollars, it was "seventy dollars" for that service. I said "what"? I was just here last week and the sign says 10 for a child cut and why are you charging me seventy dollars? she laughed and said that was the price. so I asked her where her license with the city was as I did not see the sign that says, "for questions or complaints the license number for this business is ......... She did not answer. I said you ripped me off where is your license number? she said if the service needed to be done again it would be one hundred fifty dollars. I slammed the door after paying them and never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like you to tell me if this place is licensed and I want my money back. I want 26. back as they "fixed" the price from 15 to 26 which I paid because they didn't up the charge for her hair until I got to the cash register.
