phone assuming my own personal matters while your paperwork was being filled out. I had been on the call 15 minutes prior to your arrival. Scheduling my own appointments was in no way disruptive to your appointment, nor relevant to the matter at hand. I don't need to explain this to anyone, but for the sake of your complaint will gladly entertain your theory. You were also informed of your early arrival and were seen 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.
Two, you were instructed of shaving and it's importance before arrival to your appointment. You missed several areas on your chest and abdomen and explained that you could not see well when shaving in the shower. I gladly shaved those areas and explained to you that shaving would be most beneficial if done in natural lighting at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Three, you called the very same day and got me directly on my cell phone instead of contacting the business. You were told that the hair removal process was different from client to client and that after having one SINGLE treatment significant results aren't likely to occur. You expressed your understanding and were told that some hair may fall out, but that it wasn't highly likely after having only one treatment. As explained to you several times also while you were here, our machine does not meet the same standards as others. We use IPL and you specifically stated you were treated prior with a laser. I explained to you thoroughly the difference and you stated your understanding.
Four, after you made threatening calls to the business, asked for inappropriate service requests after being denied them several times, and used profanity to describe myself and the other Esthetician your requests for further service were denied. There was nothing wrong with the service you received and you are not willing to accept the treatment because you have false expectations of what it was that would occur. You were properly prepared, thoroughly explained to, and were asked several times prior to receiving service if you wished to continue. You agreed. Since your threatening phone calls and profanities, you were then turned over to the police. You were told you are not welcome here because of your behavior and threats. I tried to handle this situation before it escalated, but you were not allowing me the chance to rectify it appropriately. I can't and will not have any further contact with you. Your issues were addressed as best as possible and you received the proper service that you paid for.
