Hello, *** *** contacted Execupay to process his payroll and tax reportingExecupay has processed and paid all tax liabilities that have accruedDuring the months of December 2015 and January 2016 *** *** had no payroll to reportWe were not notified and therefore did not
process zero returns for the clientI spoke with the state directly and they did tell us several notices were sent out to *** *** prior to the levy*** *** stated he had sent these over, however I personally was not able to find record of the notices priorOnce *** *** account was levy, he called our office, in which we reviewed all of his accounts and discovered zero returns were not filed for Decand Janand the state had estimated a tax liability and issued penaltiesAt that time we corrected the issue by filing zero returns and are waiting the result of the waiver of the Penalty and InterestThe levy was also removed from his accountIf at any time Execupay is liable (penalties resulted due to an Error caused by Execupay) for Penalties and or Interest we will cover the cost. We will provide *** *** with copies of all of his returns and cleared checks by February 8th, 2017. Please let us know if you would like us to forward you the copes as well. Thank you.
