Because nothing has been fixed yet! I'm still waiting on my siding to be fixed in front on my house between the widows. I'm still waiting to hear on what's going to be done with my basement wall that I've been complains about since the first of the year. I first started complaing to [redacted] via text message then to [redacted] by email. So what can we do to stop water from coming through a concrete wall and turning my inside walls damp every time it rains? And why isn't my sump pump catching any of this?

We had a man set-up to address the issues with the customer but now that he has filed this complaint, we will work through the Revdex.com to resolve the issues.  We request that he send photos to the Revdex.com and we will review what is sent and his request.  Thank you.
