Ordered a mattress protector and twin mattress from this website for my grandson. Did not receive items. Called UPS and they stated items were sent to another address and did not have my name listed with tracking number that was presented. Submitted a claim with Paypal but no resolution, tried emailing but it came back undeliverable, called number listed and a lady answered stating the site is a fraud and I should dispute the charges. Overall, I would like a refund for the items purchased.

I purchased an item through this website on April 18, they took my money right away and the same day provided a tracking number. However, when I checked the tracking number it was for someone else's item that was delivered on April 17. I made two complaints with PayPal but PayPal is telling me that since a tracking number was provided that it's a valid order eventhough it's not my tracking number or correct order. I want my money back.

I purchased outdoor furniture from Esthers shop online website and never received my order. I made the purchase through PayPal for $159.99. I tried to dispute the charge through PayPal but the seller provided false tracking info. The tracking # is *** and says it was delivered on 4/18/2020. I never received this delivery. The tracking info says the package is 3.6 pounds which is not possible because I ordered outdoor furniture. Also, the tracking info says the package was delivered to the front desk and received by the doorman. I do not have a doorman and there is no front desk in my building. I tried to contact the phone # listed on the website and it connected me to a Domino's pizza restaurant. I tried to send several emails to the seller and all of the emails were not delivered and returned. The seller is a scam!!!

I ordered a lap desk from this online retailer on 04-25-2020 at 10:26 a.m. The cost was $28.97. I never received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted the listed customer service email [email protected] on May 1, 2020 at 8:49 a.m. The email came back undeliverable. I opened a complaint. The complaint was closed because someone at the email address *** gave them a UPS shipping tracking number. This tracking number shows an inside delivery of an item weighing 31.70 lbs to a person named ***. This was not my item. It was a lap desk, therefore it did not weigh 31.70 lbs. There is no delivery address listed on the tracking number.

I made a purchase on a website Apr 27, 2020 09:48:04 PDT Receipt No: *** and the website is a scam. Email bounces back, phone number is fake as address is fake. I have notified my local police department and they will contact the FBI. I need to cancel this transaction and get my money back

On April 15, 2020 I ordered a stationary bike from Esthers Shop. The payment was for $105.99 through PAYPAL. I received an invoice with my address, amount of purchase and the shipping method. All the information was correct on the invoice. I checked the tracking number for the status of my purchase and to my surprise the information read that my merchandise was delivered to my front door. Needless to say that wasn't the case because I work from home and didn't receive the merchandise. I immediately contacted UPS and was told by one of their representatives that the merchandise was delivered and signed for, they went on to ask for my address and once I gave them my address it was then told to me that the address that was given to them by me wasn't the address to which the merchandise was delivered. I attempted numerous times to contact the merchant to no avail; the email continuously was returned and the phone number was out of order. I decided to contact PAYPAL and file a complaint/claim, which is pending. I've still been attempting to contact the merchant, I haven't had any luck. I checked the website and it's still up and running. To date I still haven't received a response from the company via PAYPAY.

I ordered a Over-The-Bed Medical Table from Esthers Shop website. UPS sent me an email on 4/21/2020 stating that my package had been delivered. After speaking with UPS it was determined that my package was delivered to the wrong address. Shipper placed the incorrect shipping label. I Am unable to reach the seller as their telephone number is Not In Service. I've sent several emails for assistance. No response.
