If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject the response because they are getting on a bill that happened over three years ago and he didn't perform any work on my teeth but just took x-rays and sent me out to other specialty. They just want money from a old bill. I did pay something on the bill but, they wanted to pay two payments a month. I didn't think you could somebody on a old bill like there doing. They aren't being very nice about it. It will take me longer to pay the bill since they let go to collections. I'm trying to get him in trouble through the dental association also, cause its not fair they are doing this. He was not a good dentist for doing this and didn't do what he was suppose too. they just want money from a old bill. Thanks. [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

July 29, 2015*** *** *** was seen in our office on 03/28/2011, 05/17/2011, 01/16/and 01/31/due to an issue she was having with a toothAt the time, we sent insurance claims to her insurance companyThe insurance company paid those claim on the respective dates: 01/01/2012, 01/31/2012,
