We sincerely apologize for not meeting the needs of the client with our front desk staff. However the service she received was not mentioned in her complaint. Our brochure and website clearly note that our glycolic peel service is $45.00 by itself and $20.00 when added to a facial. This has been our... pricing for many years, and this is the very first complaint we have received due to misunderstanding the prices. Our goal is for each and every one of our clients to leave happy, so we are sincerely sorry that she felt unsatisfied with the front desk. I am rejecting this response because I feel like its not sincerIf u really look she didn't charge me correct at allI got a facial and peelBefore I even said anything g about the price e which I had understood was peel on the facial right next to pricing it says facial 20.no where did it say if u got a facial for 70(price on menu) you would pay for the peelThat equals so again even before I said anything about the price she was more worried about rushing me out and snapping at me then properly explaining things and unDer charged me and did not explain it correctlyI feel I was miss treated bc I asked her to explain it and she was snappy and short to get me out Bc it was busyThe simple fact that you neglect the real meaning of bad service is worrisome and unprofessionalyou like the receptionist are cold and shortMaybe she was having a bad day but the doesn't give her the right to take the out on me and ruin my dayWho died and made her God?all I'm saying bad service bad communication hope u learn bc u still have your problem lucky for me I can choose to not be around such a rude person

Review: Total disappointment. I go every Saturday to get a massage at a place in the same building and thought I'd try this place out. I walked up and you could tell that between employees they lack communication skills. Every time I asked a question there wasn't a clear explanation or they would have to go ask for the answer. Now I'm in line waiting to tell them what I want I clearly said I wanted a peel with a facial on the menu it's not clear it said peel 45$ and right next to it it says facial $20 it didn't say if u got a facial for 70$ that u would pay $15 for a peel. (That what I was told at the end, which that's not even what it says on there) Now I ask for the receptionist to clarify and she did a poor job at explaining that she basically was snappy and trying to rush me bc I wanted same day service and there was a line. She 1 didn't even offer if I wanted services today which was a guarantee sale. She said for what day, any other time I would of walked out bc that lets me know they are busy. But I really needed a facial/peel. So I said no for today. She was beyond rude and unprofessional for making me feel like I was bugging her with questions about the services, but I brushed it off I waited for my appt and they were 8 mins late. Appt was at 12. At 12:06 I approached the reception desk and gave her a friendly reminder she immediately snapped at me and said "yeah she knows she has an appt just wait" So I continued look around the store and finally at 12:08 the lady comes and gets me she was nice and my skin feels nice but I think she could of did a better job extracting but this isn't about her. This about that smart as mouth receptionist that made the company loose a potentially returning customer. And messing up my 1st time experience. So I come out after my service and I'm up to pay and she says its $85 and I said but the menu said this, she proceed to tell me irrelevant things like I been working here for this long I know that menu (implying that I thought she didn't know her job) but that wasn't that. She knows it she just not good at her job.Her pretty face turns real ugly after she opens her mouth it's sad. So after she finished with her career speech I simply paid. She didn't even try to up sell me on anything she is horrible in sales and customer service it's crazy she's been working there for that long. Anyways she didn't even ask if I wanted to leave a tip so she had to charge my card twice which could of been avoided if she got off her high horse and humbled herself. (And she was being snappy with another employee at the same time she was helping me you could tell she wasn't in a good mood) After I signed away and after she made me feel like I was being cheap when clearly if I was cheap or didn't have the money I wouldn't be going out with to spend money. her just trying to insinuate that was unprofessional. So after all that I told her this "this was my 1st time here and the other lady was nice but you my dear are snappy and should find another job" she immediately snapped again instead of being a rational adult and taking in constructive criticism smh she said "I TOLD YOU BEFORE THE SERVICE THE PRICES" at looked at her like she was stupid and walked out I refuse to entertain that level of ignorance. FYI I WILL ALSO B POSTING THIS ON OTHER SITES BC NO ONE SHOULD B TREATED LIKE THIS. It's unfair cruel and unwelcoming.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. You know people go toThose kinds of places to relax and be at ease (didn't get that) I work 3 jobs and today was my 1st day off in 16 days and she ruined my day. I work hard for my money and at every job I am polite and respectful and courteous, want to know why? Bc that's what I get paid to do. Just like a receptionist is expected to provide. All those things fall under good customer service. Which I wasn't provided. I want a refund on my services not the tip
