Weird text
I received a text message to my phone today from fed ex saying that my express shipment was ready for pick up @ a local FedEx location. I was so confused, so I called FedEx & they informed me that I chose an option for the package to be healed @ the FedEx location for pickup. I informed them that I did no such thing I haven’t even ordered anything from such company. I googled the name & it led me here. I ordered a handbag & tie from Gucci website it never arrived. Ne t thing you know instead of Gucci doing an so called investigation like I was informed they’ll do, they decided to spin me with a bogus Fedex text message. I’m just confused I didn’t order anything online recently from Gucci. I had to go into a Gucci location to physically purchase a handbag.

Review: I ordered three pairs of shoes and only received two. Gucci is charging me for the third pair and states that they sent the third pair to me but I did not return them. The delivery carrier ([redacted]) tracking information indicates the measurements of the box as 17x13x5 which is not large enough to accomodate three pairs of shoes (that size barely fits 2).

I contacted GUCCI on 10/24, 10/25, 10/27, 10/28 (twice), 10/31 and today (11/11) and was refused the opportunity to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue. I left a message with [redacted] at the GUCCI corporate office on 10/28 and she said someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Today I tried to call the corporate office again and was told that there is no one live I can talk to to resolve the issue. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this issue and they are investigating. Consumers need to be warned about doing business with this unethical and fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: Refund the money for the third pair of shoes I never received.

Review: that I received a box on June 13 from Gucci; it was sealed. My husband and I opened it, and it was empty.I had ordered a Gucci belt, and it was meant to be a gift I had promised my brother back in China. Accordingly, I had to drive to Boston on July 3 and bought one in the store there. I have been emailing Gucci a few times since I got the empty box. This shopping experience is more than disappointment. It has wasted a lot of my time. I have ordered many things online from other e-commerce merchants and have never received an empty box. Who would anticipate the need to record opening a box and provide such proof? It has been two months and my credit card company is still disputing the case with Gucci.com and I still need to provide more documents.Desired Settlement: I would like Gucci to close the case and stop asking my credit card company or me for more documents.

Customer contacted Gucci ecommerce stating they recieved an emty box. We filed a Investigation through FedEx our delivery service. The investigation concluded on August 23,2013 Federal Express paid our the claim and we credited the customer [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I placed an order at gucci.com on Nov.19. They sent me an confirmation email the same day and after that, I didn't hear any update from Gucci.com. On Dec. 4, they suddenly sent me a delivery confirmation email telling me that my order has been delivered. I was so confused because I didn't get any packages, even a shipping information from them at all. I contact them at once and they told me 3 days later that my package has already delivered on Nov. 30, and sign by [redacted]". My package's recipient should be myself [redacted]u". Our company's front desk also confirmed that there was no packages for me during those days and there was no "[redacted]" in our office. I call them again at the same day (12/7) and a woman took care of me. She told me she would contact the [redacted]. She also promised someone would contact me tomorrow (12/8). At the same time I asked them for the tracking number ( they even didn't give me one before) in order to contact [redacted]. I didn't receive any phone call or email from gucci after that (12/7), but [redacted] did give me some feedback. They told me they cannot relocate the package and let me contact Gucci directly for refund or resending. I contact Gucci today. The guy say they need 14 days to contact [redacted] and check this issue! I cannot believe it! They promised me before they would solve this problem in 2 days. I already got feedback from [redacted] while they even didn't begin to contact them! I feel Gucci just want to pass the buck. The customer service ([redacted]) I contacted today (12/13) was very impatient, yawning. I was so disappointed!Desired Settlement: Resend the order again, or refund me.
