Review: On April 26, 2013 I purchased a fundraising web based store system from [redacted] now called [redacted] for $19,500. The system was sold to me by [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. The reason I purchased the system was it was low risk and included in the agreement terms signed by [redacted] that it was fully refundable at any point between 6 and 12 months of ownership with my investment to be refunded within 30 days of request by email. The agreement also included a commitment that the system would include an email distribution application. The agreement states [redacted] has at least 5000 emails addresses and that they would transmit 6 approved emails to these email addresses for direct marketing purposes. There was no minimum requirements in the agreement for me as the buyer to meet other than to provide my best effort to to provide and support fundraising direction to organizations in my area. [redacted] never transmitted the emails as the agreement stated they would. As a result I requested a refund via email (with return receipt read) per the agreement terms on 11-4-2013 and have still not received my refund. [redacted] has since reorganized and changed their name to [redacted] and First Notice but this reorganization took place after I requested my refund.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $19,500 per the agreement terms that [redacted] and I signed on 11-4-2013.
