Estoril Tailoring & Drycleaning

I am writing to you in reference to the complaint sent to the Revdex.com concerning Ms*** and the alleged discoloration of her dress.Let me clarify, Ms*** did in fact bring in a dress for dry cleaning with vendor tags still attached. We (Estoril Dry Cleaning) provided the cleaning
service requested and Ms*** picked up her garment and then afterwards returned claiming that the garment was discolored. I don't believe that to be the case, Ms*** claims the dress to be white, but in fact it is an off-white and I am almost certain that is how it was manufactured. Te reason for this is that garments generally have zippers (metal and nylon) match the fabric color. Zippers are almost impossible to fade, change color or be dyed. The zipper is off-white suggesting that the fabric was almost certainly also off-white to match.I have been in business for over years, at this same location, have state of art equipment and a very satisfied customer base. I can't even remember having had a dispute with a customer over poor service. Our equipment is first rate, our organic chemicals are distilled for purity on a daily basis making discoloration from the drycleaning process unlikely. Additionally Ms*** garment was cleaned with other similar garments and those items were not discolored.I have suspicion that Ms*** purchased the dress, wore it, had it dry cleaned and intended to return it --that's why she left vendor tags on it. For whatever reason she decided to keep it and figured that Estoril would pay for it if she claimed it was discolored. That can't happen and won't. The dress is perfectly fine and Ms*** should have no complaints or reason to not wear again, even if she has had to pay for it

I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost, the dress was never wornThe tags are lovated on the outside of the dress so unless im walking around with tags having out for the world to see that would be absurdAlso, seems a bit crazy to go to these lengths for a dress I was trying to return anywaySecond, the dress comes only in white, as the woman saw on the siteThird I have a photo of the dress before Estoril got their hands on it and you can visibly see the difference so if the Revdex.com would like the evidence I would be more than happy to supplyLastly, Estoril has clearly never read their reviews on *** and I wish I had before I went their tooThey have plenty of complaint about the treatment of their customers and how rude the owner is, which was my experience as wellNot even a single apology.
Basically, at this point they admitted fault by stating that they think my goal was to return the dress and was unable tooIf the dress was in the same exact condition as when I gave it to them, and the tags are still in place as when I picked it up then I would have had no issue in returning itThis isn't an issue with a stain, its a whole dress thats a different colorAny who, since I got that out of them thats all I need at this point, I have a best friend whose father has days left to live and can not be bothered with their rude selves They should just donate the money the money for cancer research, they could use the good karmaPlease forward this along to them if possible
