Estrada house leveling  went out there to the address at the lake and did the work. The home was not built right . I went over everything with Mr. [redacted] explaining the issues. The homeowner didn't want to spend anymore money on the property. In order to fix the issue right the homeowner will...

have to pay more money due to the way the weekend home was built. We did what our contract stated. And also went out there a second time for free. As a business owner charging the prices to stay competitive and make a living I can not continue to go out there for free and do more free work Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: He did not do what he said he could do.  There was not a problem with me spending more money.  He told me that it would cost me a lot more money to get the house perfectly level in all areas, which I said I didn't want to do.  But he told me he could stabilize the house with the work I paid for.  the house is not stable and continues to shift.  As far as them going out there for free, that is part of their warranty, they  guarantee their work for 3 years.  Obviously they are going to back up the warranty.
