Estrella Valley Landscapes

Review: This business built a BBQ grill Island for us in 2014. The stucco has since needed to be repaired more than once. Estrella Valley Landscapes did touch up repairs in 2014 and when summer 2015 came, the damage became more evident. There are severe cracks and chipping of the stucco. Grout behind the grill is separating from the tile. A stainless steel light quit working and parts of the existing stucco are extremely uneven. The magnetic closure for the doors beneath the grill is cracked and does not close well. We have been trying to work with this company for over a month now and they have yet to make repairs after coming to our home at least 4 times in June/July 2015 and telling us we need a "complete re-stucco" which will be done "ASAP". All that has been done is someone came and removed the light. Another worker also tested touch up paint on the side of the island. We have had to be home/make our yard available 4 times for your workers to take a look at the BBQ island with nothing more being done than for them to tell us what repairs need to be made over and over.Desired Settlement: Complete promised repairs as stated above within the next two weeks as we have already had another summer of not being able to entertain as our BBQ Island that your company built looks terrible and needs repairs. If unable/unwilling to make such repairs, provide us with a reasonable refund for the damages and now missing light so that we can have another company complete the repair. After building a pool and having extensive interior remodeling completed on our home, our experience with Estrella Valley Landscapes has been the worst. Had we known what a headache working with this company was going to be, we never would have hired them in the first place.
