DEAR [redacted] I FIRST THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING OUR INTERNET DEPTAND COMING DOWN TO OUR DEALERSHIP I WOULD LIKE TO SAY AS THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR VIP HONDA FOR THE LAST YEARS I ALWAYS NEED HAPPY CLIENTS I FEEL PRICE IS THE EASIEST PART OF THE DEALMY STAFF KNOWS THAT EVERY INTERNET PRICE QUOTED IS A NET NUMBER WHICH IS ALSO MONITORED BY THE MANUFACTURER WITH EVERY HONDA STOREI KNOW THAT YOU DID YOUR HOMEWORK IN REFERENCE TO THE PRICE AND THAT IS WHY YOU CAME TO OUR DEALERSHIPI WAS TOLD BY MY STAFF THAT YOU WANTED UP TO AN ADDITIONAL SAVINGS OF $IN WHICH YOU OFFEREDI AM VERY SORRY BUT THAT IS AN UNREALISTIC NUMBERIN THIS DAY IN AGE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO NEGOTIATE FOR ANY TYPE OF ITEM BUT IN THE CAR BUSINESS THIS CANN'T HAPPENIN CLOSING THERE WAS NO BAIT AND SWITCH; A NUMBER IS CLEARLY SENT TO ALL CLIENTS WHO GO TO OUR WEB SITEI AM VERY PROUD OF OUR DEALERSHIP AND OUR SUCCESS STORY OVER THE YEARS WITH CLIENTS COMING BACK OVER AND OVER TO BUY CARSTHANK YOU PLEASE IN THE FUTURE CALL ME DIRECT ON ANY FUTURE PURCHASES [redacted] P [redacted] GENERAL MANAGER VIP HONDA

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This response is a total lieI owned the vehicle I traded in and put the title in David A [redacted] handWhen I went to VIP Honda on 12/28/to find out what was going on since my third temp tag was expiring that day and no one bothered to call me, your business manager John C [redacted] said DMV in Trenton was waiting on a letter proof that the PREVIOUS OWNER of the vehicle financed to me by VIP Honda was paid offJohn also gave me a check for $stating I was overcharged for registration feesVIP Honda never had the title to the CRV that was financed to me, which is why it took them so long to get a duplicate title and get the vehicle registeredStop with the lying and horrible customer service, you didn't even have the decency to notify me that my plates were in knowing I've been waiting three months Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like my money back for spending it out of pocket to get my car fixed because if I didn't I would have been without a car And my money back for my payments I made on my broken car sitting at the shop for months And my money back for the fraudulent warranty that they sold me which is voided because of the modifications Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Hello, The customer [redacted] has received her plates as of 12/28/The plates were held because [redacted] did not provide the lien release letter on the vehicle she traded in until 12/28/It is legal in New Jersey to withhold plates until payoff information is receivedWe are truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused [redacted] and made every attempt to collect this necessary information from her in a timely mannerPlease let me know if you require any additional informationThank you, Kelly K***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response is a lieMy complaint was not about negotiating the car,my complaint was the blatant bait and switch that was done to get me into the dealership, which you did not address at allI was told that the car I came in to test drive and test drove was not fit for sale I wouldnt have driven there with my family hour if the car was not fit fir saleYour dealership continues to lie Regards, [redacted]
