Purchased BiosAgentPlus on May 13, thinking it would help me update driversAccording to their website it said it wouldI had issues finding the Bios driver on my end so I figured maybe they had ways to help me outAnyways , after two weeks of going back and forth between no answer and even after I submitted a refund request I got no responseTurns out everyone online (wish I saw this before) is saying the company is a scamDon't Trust this company nor their productsAlso just before I submitted this I called their support line and he didn't even take my ticket # I submitted to their support team last week - instead he wanted me to go to a websiteI immediately hung upSCREW THAT! Classic Scam A company NOT to trust!

Sending unsolicited commercial electronic mail
They send advertising at least twice a week for the past couple months I have asked their support department listed as "***@esupport.com" to stop sending them as I am unable to use any of their products or services and have never heard of them until they started sending their email
Do date I have never heard from them

I purchased their products DriverAgent and RegistryWizard They sent me a link and a license key for each DriverAgent's license key worked The license for RegistryWizard did not The license key for RegistryWizard was not even formatted correctly for the product.I contacted them twice on April and once more on April I have not received a return email or even an acknowledgement of receipt All I want is a license key that works
