Began using Eswype just over two months ago. The rates are exactly as presented when talking with the sales person. The staff has been very responsive when changes were necessary for banking. The follow through on any contact has stood out the most. Amber, our rep, has ensured I have been not only taken care of however understand what transpired during the changes. I have not come across a merchant company such as Eswype in over 10 years of working with merchant representatives.

I was having trouble coming into compliance with our Credit Card account, Amber from Eswype along with a person from Trustwave walked me through the process.
