Philip Morris will not exchange a defective product or provide me with an outlet to do so
On 2/9/I bought cartons of Marlboro red in duty free at JFK airport in New YorkThese cigarettes were stale and unsmokeableI am attempting to exchange them but Philip Morris will not entertain me or provide me with a viable option to exchange themI called them twice and I got misinformation twice in the form of a defunct website and a foreign phone numberI cannot return to the store because it is behind security lines in the airportI have wasted my money buying a stale product that I am now left with and the parent company is trying to disown themselves from them saying that they're not responsible bc it's now an international problemThey were manufactured and bought in the United States by a citizen of this countryI want to exchange these stale cigarettes

I,*** called ***, because I couldn't log into the *** sensor, at 2:pm, today 8-1-2018, my phone call was exactly minutes and secondsThe lady answering the phone a Ms S***, asked me a few question to recover my user name on my accountI informed her I couldn't reneged my address from before my address nowShe kept insisting there was no other way to recover it but by my old addressShe still refused to assist me, I then asked to speak to her manager for more assistanceAbout minutes later she returned to the phone and said there's another way to recover it, by me giving her my previous address from the one I couldn't rememberI gave her the only other addresses I have lived at, she then tells me that none of these addresses match any of the addresses they have on recordI once again ask her to talk to a manager, she puts me on another hold only to tell me that all of the supervisors are in a meeting and th
on seperate occations I used marlboros coupons which indicated that the location took the couponall times they were rejected
