I am confused about the rejection by [redacted]. She freely acknowledges she was provided a loaner car at no expense. I don't know how to respond to the statements regarding 4 days to fix the car, and when she called back on day 4 the transmission shop was closed for 8 days. From this, her response goes to talking with my brother about the transmission shop and then Les Schwab. I didn't see any question or specific concerns in her response. So at this point I am not sure what I am to respond to. I guess we need a little more clarity. She was given a loaner car, her vehicle was fixed...there is not a question to respond too?

Rick is out sick today, but I will be discussing this matter with him 'ASAP'

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The dealership did give me a loaner car because of all the issues I had with the truck the first 30 days I owned it. I only had the vehicle 16 days out of the 30 days...

I was paying for it. The vehicle came with a limited 30 day warranty, so the business should have been earger to take care of the issue's. I offered to rent a car but Rick told me he had one I could Barrow on the lot. I asked repeatedly for a paper trail of the work done and until now I hadn't received anything. Not any kind of warranty for any work the dealership did on the truck. The truck Sat on the dealership's lot for 4 days. I called Rick after 2 days to ask him if my truck was done and he told me he had to do the work outside in the cold and rain and he was just waiting for the weather to co-operate and it would only take an hour or so to do the work. Day 4 he called to say the truck was done and I could pick it up. I was never told that the transmission shop was closed for 8 days, instead I was told that the transmission shop forgot a part in the first place and they needed to order the part. Thank goodness I called the dealership last week and spoke to Rick's brother who gave me the transmission shop phone number and that it's still under warranty because I'm having another issue with it and scheduled it for inspection Thursday. Also, if I would have had the information on the front brakes as I requested I wouldn't have spent $328 at Les Schwab getting brand new front brakes, rotors and calipers and having a broken brake line replaced. Im sure the people that did your repairs would have covered it. Bottom line is that when a small town dealership wants to toot their own horn about how they do business they should supply the warranty's for the work done. Also, I can't open the docs. You provided me.Sincerely,[redacted]
