I am confused about the rejection by [redacted] She freely acknowledges she was provided a loaner car at no expenseI don't know how to respond to the statements regarding days to fix the car, and when she called back on day the transmission shop was closed for daysFrom this, her response goes to talking with my brother about the transmission shop and then Les SchwabI didn't see any question or specific concerns in her responseSo at this point I am not sure what I am to respond toI guess we need a little more clarityShe was given a loaner car, her vehicle was fixed...there is not a question to respond too?
