The company has blocked their customers account to force her to give them the correct email.

Review: For several months, I have been getting email receipts from a kiosk in Iowa for renting DVDs from this company. Most recently this occurred on 11/*/2015. I emailed customer service. They told me the only thing they can do is remove my email from their system. The person renting the videos just readds it. On 11/*/2015, I spoke to Shelly, who said she was a Customer Service Supervisor, but when I asked her official title, she said Customer Service Representative. I spoke with Ryan, Administrative Assistant, who is supposed to be Shelly's boss. They both advised there was nothing they could do beyond removing my email from their system. They do not have the ability to block my email address nor to mark their system to show this is not an accurate email. They suggest I block the emails, which does not prevent them from sending them to me nor from the company attempting to hold me liable if the videos are not returned since the receipts are being sent to me. Ryan said he would talk to the programmers in Sweden to see if the email could be blocked and also advised they are trying to reach their customer to get her correct email. They didn't try very hard, because she came back to the store on 11/* and enter my email address again and I was again sent her receipts. I called the corporate office, but they refused to give me the owners name or voicemail. I spoke to Mark A[redacted], who would not let me finish a sentence and just repeated what Customer Service said before. I also left a voicemail for Dave M[redacted], who is supposed to be the VP.Desired Settlement: I have requested that this company does not email me again. They have refused to take any precautions or actions to do that.
