We have tried to contact you multiple time with our response, but unable to get throughPlease advice

Per our conversation yesterday, I am writing regarding my claim #*** against Clair Pruett Photographers As they stated in their response, they are willing to ship our albums to us
a cost of $and/or order a reprint for a cost of $ As I stated previously, we have not seen our albums (I made an appointment to view them in their office, but was stood up) Based on a conversation with the receptionist, we know only that the date on the cover is wrong We do not know what changes have been made to the layout (if any), nor did I make any selections for the parents' albums at all, so we have no idea what they might look like… According to the printing company’s online process, the customer has to approve the layout for the main album before even being able to select the placement/size of the image on the cover, the font, and the layout for the parent albums I never got to this point in their online procedure, yet the albums were printed I’m still perplexed as to how this has happened If, in error, I submitted the main album for printing, why was I not then redirected to a new screen to make my selections for the cover details and the parent album layouts? As much as we both would like answers to these questions, my husband and I have decided it is best to move on to move forward Therefore, we have decided to pay the $fee to Clair Pruett to ship the albums to us, for which they must provide a tracking number to us Upon receipt of the albums, we will then be able to determine if all three albums need to be reprinted, or just the main album, as well as if it is only the date on the cover that needs fixing, or if there will also need to be changes to the layout A procedure for making these changes will need to be clearly laid out Once that is determined, then we can feel confident ordering the reprint.Since I have been cautioned on the Revdex.com’s website about including personal information, I am unsure how to next proceed Payment is required on our part to get the albums shipped to us, and as you are working as an intermediary, does that payment go to you? If so, how do I get that to you to keep the ball rolling? Do I call in with a credit card? Mail a check? Do I notify you when we receive the albums? When we order the reprint? First and foremost, we are really perplexed as to why you choose to use Revdex.com website as a form of communication instead of contacting us directly. To make it clear, we do not stand up our clients. If our client made an appointment it would have been confirmed previously, and someone would have been there. If a client did not respond to us confirming, then we assume that they might have canceled it. We work by appointment only and cannot be responsible for client’s lack of communication. Which is the tendency for [redacted] to do, hence it has taken close to 3 years to build their album. In fact, when our receptionist called to inform [redacted] that their albums have come in and to schedule a pick up. The first question was regarding the date on the album. This is a very unusual reaction from any client, unless if they possibly approved the design, and did not realize the mistake until it went to print. If there was a mistake in the original design, the client must make a revision/change by responding to the album company. Without the revision, the album company would not be aware to make the change. Again, [redacted] approved her design on April 20, 2016. We will be happy to provide the e-mail from the album company stating that the client approved it. As for parent’s albums, [redacted] was not only informed, but was also shown samples of Replica parent albums. She was also explained that Replica means that it an identical replicated design as the Main (Bride and Grooms albums), hence the affordable price (that Mr. Pruett waved for this client). In order to have different photos then the Main album, the client would have to upgrade to a different album style that is a higher price. During the album consultation with Mr. Pruett, the clients were explained all their options and shown a price list for all the option.   We will be happy to ship client the albums, upon the payment and confirmation of the address. Since they have been sitting in our studio since May of 2016. I will send them an e-mail with my e-mail address, and phone number. Though the studio moved in July, or phone number is still the sameTell us why here...
