This complaint by the customer is 100% false. The customer came into our store on 3/31/and he asked us to install four tires on his F-Super Duty Truck that he brought with him (did not purchase from us). We installed these tires and the customer left satisfied. The
customer returned to our store on April 6, with two additional tires (his F-Super Duty Truck has tires) that he brought with him and asked us to install them. These two tires that the customer provided to us were absolutely installed on his truck. The tires were called Double Coin tires and they are a tire from China that we do not carry in any of our stores and have no history of selling at our Company. When the customer came back to our store to question that we did not install the two new tires he provided, we showed the customer that these two tires on his truck were brand new. Furthermore, we showed the customer the DOT date on the outside of the tires which says that they were manufactured in China in November of and eventually shipped to the United States, again proving that they were new tires. We encouraged the customer to ask the company that he purchased the tires from to tell him what the DOT Serial #’s were for these two tires which he could then match to the tires on his truck. The customer refused to do this. Lastly, after the customer came back, we took pictures of these tires on the customer’s truck showing the DOT date of November 2016, showing that the tires were new with full tire tread on the tiresWe have these pictures in our company records

Review: Salespeople made promises and didn't follow through. Spent three weeks trying to get a rim repaired and each time the company they were using screwed it up. I trusted them to handle this and to handle submitting the claim to my tire/wheel insurance, and they were incompetent at both. Rim kept coming back worse and worse until finally I had to demand a new (refurbished) rim. The insurance claim was not submitted properly despite weekly assurances that it had been taken care of. I finally had to intervene and directly contact the insurance company myself to assure proper submittal of the required documentation. I finally got my rim back, BUT, they threw away my tire! And then tried to blame it on me! So now I have the rim but no tire, and it was an older tire model that is no longer manufactured. Now they are promising to get me a new tire, but I don't believe them.Desired Settlement: ETD needs to get me a new tire, free of charge, that matches the existing tires on the car. If they cannot obtain said tire, then they should replace 2 tires, so that I am not driving with a single tire that has a different formulation/compound than the other 3. These are high performance tires and I need to at least have matching tire formulations/compounds on the same axle.
