It has been a month since I attempted to make a purchase through this company. They will not answer my letters, have taken my money, still no product.
It has been about a month since I have made a purchase with this company. They took the money from my account, and I still have no tracking number. I have emailed their customer support multiple times and they do not answer. I believe this is tant amount to theft, and want what I paid for or a full refund.
I want what I paid for or a full refund. I will never go through this company again.
To whom it may concern,
I have recently received the product I have paid for. I am displeased with how this company operates. Please take whatever action you deem necessary in light of this new information.

I was able to communicate with the company.
They neglected to inform me, that they used another way to ship this purchase item .
Purchase shipped by Amazon in KY.
Received it, but missing a part.
Another company is sending out that part.
I will never choose Etereauty for any merchandise , products.
This was a bad experience.
