Review: I purchased 2 tickets @ $25.00 each for the Eternal Con to see a specific film that they were showing there to support a friend that made the film. The name of the film was "Fuerza" and it was part of a film festival that according to their web site began at 5pm. My wife and I arrived around 430pm and saw that they were having a costume contest at the theater that was also part of the Eternal con. Even after multiple complaints from myself and others who were waiting for the film fest to start, they continued to keep letting more and more people in for this costume contest. The person who ran it who goes by the name of "[redacted]" didn't seem to care about it. This contest didn't end until after 6pm and then we began the film festival where we were assured by the host that all the films including "Fuerza" were going to be shown. After an hour of sitting through other films, the lights went on and they all told us to leave and that they ran out of time and we would not see the last 5 films including the one I payed $50.00 to see! This "[redacted]" left before they did this to avoid us. Now not only am I out of $50.00, but wasted an entire day and also spent money on gas and food to wait around for nothing because of their poor time management skills at this festival. I emailed them through the website for a refund and received no response whatsoever. They have no physical address or email or phone number posted so it is impossible to contact them further. Only the email address which is [redacted] and their [redacted] page which is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would simply like a full refund for the tickets I bought for the film festival which was never shown as advertised on their web site and was verbally told when I was there would be shown. This is the only reason why I went. I have about 10 other witnesses that also were there and was upset that this happened. My ticket numbers are 1298 and 1299 paid with my credit card for a total of $50.00. Further proof can be furnished upon requestThank you

Hello. This person never contacted us, never emailed us. We would have been more than happy to try and help. We had a very large event (2 day) last weekend that included a film festival, and like any film festival (or even movie theatre) we are required to write "Theatre Schedule and Show Times are subject to change" which we do have posted on the website ([redacted]). Also, many of the films that were not show on Saturday were shown on Sunday. Again, this was a 2 day event. The film maker of this particular film did not want his film shown on Sunday. The other film makers were ok with us showing their films on Sunday. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing who was there for the film festival and who was there for all the other festivities. Also, the Cradle of Aviation Museum (That hosts the event) does not offer refunds and they do have this posted at their box office. It is very easy to get in touch with us as we have a link on the website ([redacted]), this person obviously had my email, and it is very easy to contact us from [redacted] or twitter. They did not. We are talking to the filmmaker to try and resolve this issue, but had we heard from the person sending this complaint we would of communicated with him as well. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I emailed thru their web site the night of and never received a response. When the over timed costume contest which we all voiced our concern about was finally over an hour late and the film festival finally started, the host did reassure us at that time that the film would still be shown. An hour into it, the lights went out and we were all asked to leave. No one at all ever mentioned to us that the films would be shown the next day and it is not fair either for us to be asked to come back the next day because of the lack of professionalism on the staffs behalf with the way they managed the event. I am still asking for a full refund of $50.00 for the two tickets I purchased to waste my time their. Please let me know ASAP on how to get my refundThank you[redacted]

At this time, I have not been contacted by Eternal Corp regarding complaint ID [redacted].I even sent an second email to Eternal Con Corp, since they claim they never got the first. I also found out from the other filmmakers that he did NOT show all the films that were not shown on that Saturday and lied to both me and the Revdex.com in his previous statement.
