Eternal God Store

I placed three orders in the same day, June 25, 2020, and received confirmation of my orders and that payment was received on the same day. On July 9 2020 received emails that my shipments were on the way. I still have not received my orders and have emailed them on three different dates, still have not heard anything from them. My next step is to contact my credit card company and see if I can get my money back that way. Very disappointed as I would have liked to support a Christian company.

I ordered a t-shirt back on June 2020.Received confirmation it shipped July 9 th
Checked the shipping status 2 weeks later. Status said unknown. Sent 2 emails, one end of July and the second one first week of August on their website to inquire about the order. They claim that they would respond within 48 hours.

As of today, August 14th, 2020, have not heard ANYTHING! I have searched for a phone but have been unsuccessful. WOUKD NOT recommend this business to anyone. Highly disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I purchased 2 shirts from this company and have not received them and money has been taken out of my account already. I have emailed several times and have not got an answer.

There was an ad that popped up on Facebook offering a free shirt, as long as you pay shipping. I placed an order and gave them my bank info. The charge appeared on my bank statement. I was supplied a tracking number on June12th. When I try to track it, it says that the tracking number is not found. I emailed them on June 30th and again on July 9th. I have received no response and the product has not been delivered..

I placed 2 internet orders on 5/25/2020 to the Eternal God Store. I received order confirmation emails on both orders the same day. I also received 2 order invoice emails on 5/25/2020 for $12.99 & $14.97. On 6/1/2020 I received 2 emails from the Eternal God Store stating that shipments for each order was on the way. Order EG2909 and order EG2910. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order on 6/5/2020 and 6/25/2020. To date I have not received the shirts or a response. On 5/25/2020, my credit card was charged $12.99, 14.97 & 4.00 to the Eternal God Store. The $4 charge was not mentioned on either invoice.

I ordered a product from this company and still have not received it. I have tried to contact them several times through email which is their only contact.

This company did a sale, advertised on Facebook, that if I paid the $12.99 shipping fee I would get a shirt for free. I made my order on May 19 and the funds of $12.99 were taken out of my account. I then received an email with shipping information saying that my shirt has shipped and it included a tracking number. I tried the tracking number and the company it was supposed to be shipped with said it was not a working number. It has now been over a month and I have still not received the shirt that I ordered. I have tried contacting this company in many different ways. I have emailed their support address, along with another sent out in the email about my order placement. I have tried contacting the business through private messages and posts on Facebook. With everything I have tried, there has been no response.

I placed an online order of $12.99 for shirt on May 12, 2020. I did not receive a confirmation email after my order so I requested one through Facebook messenger on their page. They responded quickly and sent me a confirmation email on May 18, 2020. That is the last I have heard from them. I have received no updates on the status of my order, even after multiple attempts of contacting them through email, messenger and their website. They have deleted their Facebook page and messages no longer go through. I believe that this is a scam and they intentionally took my money, giving noting in return. This is wrong and I am planning on seeking legal action.

I ordered two shirts from this Business from a Facebook Ad on May 26, 2020. I received order confirmations for each shirt on that day. On June 12, 2020 I had not heard anything and started following up via email and instant message on Facebook. I have since sent 6 emails, several instant messages and tried the contact us button on the website (https://eternalgodstore.com/). Every attempt to contact the vendor over the last 10 days has not been replied to. Further, the vendor deleted the Facebook store I ordered from (Eternal God Store) and created a "new" storefront called "Eternal God Shop". Several people, including myself, have left comments on the Facebook page about not receiving goods or getting customer service and the vendor deletes them with no response. I have reported the page to Facebook multiple times.

I answered a Facebook ad and ordered a tshirt on May 20th from this business. On the website it's set up to trick you into purchasing additional tshirts, which is what happened, and I didn't know until I received email notification for two tshirts purchased, instead of just one. I've emailed several times with no response. There's no phone number listed for customer service, so I can't call. I haven't received any confirmation of shipping. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. When looking up the address via Google it just shows a residential area.
