I wish I could give this company a negative star for satisfaction. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered an urn for my dog & when I got it, it was way too big so I needed to return it. They informed me that I would have to pay the shipping back, which cost $29.00, and also a 20% restocking fee. I've never paid a restocking fee, ever. Plus, most companies will pay to have the product shipped back to them. I asked them if they would wave the restocking fee if I exchanged it for another urn. No response. Actually, 4 emails went unanswered/ignored for 2 weeks. When they finally refunded my money it took days to show up in my account. So with having to pay the shipping both ways & the restocking fee, I ended up paying $54.00 to this company & I still don't have an urn for my dog. They managed to take a difficult situation, the death of my dog, and make it even worse. Their customer service is horrible & I will never recommend them to anyone. Buyer Beware!

Review: I ordered something Sept 18th from this website for a family who was grieving the loss of their dog. I didn't hear anything after they charged my credit card $78.90. I've called every day for the last week, I've left a voicemail with my contact information, emailed, left a message on their Livechat website client and haven't heard ANYTHING. This company preys on people who are mourning or trying to support those in their life who're mourning the loss of a pet. It's despicable to take the money and then disappear.Desired Settlement: I either want my product delivered overnight with express shipping or my money fully refunded immediately.
