This response was taken verbally by Revdex.com:

A full refund has been received.

This business is a scam. I ordered a trial sample only - around $35. A few weeks later they automatically charged my credit card an additional $200, which I did not notice immediately. I only saw the first $200 charge when one month later a second product shipment arrived. After reviewing my statement I discovered they billed me an additional $200. I have returned the second shipment and they received it yesterday. I am awaiting credit - hopefully for the full $400, but I bet I only get back $200. Ugh.

Improper advertising of product full price during trial evaluation period. Nothing in writing properly with true cost of product.
I ordered this product via a free trial with shipping of under $5.00. If you don't like it, send it back. Nothing I saw showed the full price of the product for $99 in a large enough font or noticeable enough to actually realize what the true cost of the product would be. Then, during the process the person ordering is asked if the want a 2nd similar product for the same trial. Again, nowhere was a font big enough listed to make it obvious for the true price of the product. I did not receive an order confirmation email, only a shipping confirmation which doesn't have ANY of the legal jargon in it with the 30-day trial policy nor the true amount of the cost of the product.

When my card was charge almost $200 for both products, I decided this was taking advantage of people and emailed the company looking for a refund. I received an email that said I just needed to call for an RMA number. Finally 10 days later, I was able to actually call for the RMA. Again, nowhere in the printed communication was it documented for the 30-day trial period and that I was outside of that.

I called today (3/16/2018) and spoke with a woman named Victoria. I requested an RMA# and Victora was kind enough to let me know I was outside of the 30 day trial and there was nothing she could do to refund my money, but that she could stop future purchases. I had already alerted my credit card company to the charges I didn't approve for the almost $200. When I told her I was going to involve a lawyer, she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager. Conveniently, they were all in a meeting which she could not disturb.

When I found the Revdex.com site and started to file this claim while I was on the phone with her and asked her specifically what state headquarters was located in, she told me to give her a moment before she could answer me. How hard is it to just answer where the headquarters is located for your employer? I asked a 2nd time telling her I just needed to know if it was in Florida or Maine. She again told me to please wait. Finally she answered me it was in Maine and when she did, magically after disagreeing with me for 15 minutes that there was anything she could do, she issued a credit to my account. I didn't ask for that, I merely wanted an RMA number to return the product.

How many other people are going to have this done to them before they are made to clearly provide proper documentation? I only received the refund because she knew I was on the Revdex.com site filing a complaint. She also stated next time I should read better before I purchase something.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to have to send out a purchase confirmation email for the product ordered which CLEARLY states in writing for the purchaser the 30-day trial information and the full price of the product should you decide to keep it after the trial period. Clear and concise information which I did not receive and other people deserve to have.

Eternel Skin is a scam website. They offer you a trial but you have to sign up for monthly deliveries. That's ok. The problem is the email they send you doesn't give you information on how to cancel or who to contact. Packages are shipped without receipts so there is no return information. There is no website listed either -- their name isn't even on the package return address so when you go to the website of 'Eternal' you are linked to their Eternal Rewards Program and there is no information for customer service. Their product is also overpriced by about nine times -- literally.

I purchased a "free trial" of this company's skin cream. The ad made it sound like it was truly a sample size and that I was only paying shipping. I read and reread the facebook ad and saw no hitches. Several days later I received the product. There was no paperwork in the package.
Today, I receive another package of the same item. Again no paperwork. After finally finding contact information online, I spoke to a customer service agent that arrogantly explained to me that I must not have read the part that said if I kept the sample for more than 14 days, I would be charged $100 for each of the creams sent (2) and that I had then agreed to auto ship every month. This would again be 2 items, to the tune of another 200+ dollars!
He generously is allowing me to return this most recent shipment at my own cost and I will theoretically get a refund for this shipment.
When I asked for an email confirmation or a statement he told me they put nothing in writing.
Product_Or_Service: Eternel age defying moisturizer and Eternel rejuve
Order_Number: None that I can find
Account_Number: None that I can find

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I believe a complete refund, minus my original agreement for approx $10 shipping charge is in order. Additionally, I would like the statements/packing slips that should have been with the shipped items. My checking account is currently overdrawn due to this snafu. I realize that I am partly responsible for not having seen some fine print, somewhere. I, howevet, am not easily duped. This must have been something very small.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did receive a refund of 2/3 of what was requested. When I was told that I actually paid $200 for the first shipment (again, something that must have been very obscured in the ad)which I believed was less than $20 for my "trial", I offered to return the product which had not even been opened. They said no, I had to do that within 14 days of receipt. If it was not returned within that time frame, the price was raised to the $200 amount. As I mentioned in my 1st letter, there was no packing slip or any other paperwork in with the order. No information to inform me of that. I believe a refund of anorher $180 is still reasonable. I still have the unopened product and would be happy to return it. However, if a refund is processed, it cannot go into that account, as I have changed the number on the account so no more withdrawals can be made from this company.

I called for a cancellation and refund of recently delivered product. I returned it as directed and the company will not credit my refund.
I ordered the trial products at the low trial cost and received them. I called shortly afterwards and asked the rep how I could re order them and was told to go online to order but the rep never mentioned that I was on an "auto renewal". I never went online to place another order. A few weeks later I received an order and thought I had triggered the one time purchase via my phone call. A few weeks later I received another shipment and called the company which told me I was on auto renewal and the charges were $97 and $96 for the first set and then again for $104.92 and $103.89 for the second set. I asked to have this auto renewal cancelled and the last unopened order refunded. I was directed by Rebecca employee ID to put the RMA # *** on my package and return to sender. I was never given any other directive/address/etc. I did as directed, gave the marked package to the postman and have not received my credit/refund. I called this eve to inquire and was immediately accused on sending it back wrong and would not get a refund due to that. I provided all my referencing information and was told there is no employee by that name and would not get a refund since I did not follow directions in some email. I was given directive verbally over the phone by the company employee that I clearly have documented in my notes and the customer service Rep that answered when I called to follow up named James indicated that the terms and conditions state the terms and I did it wrong. He stated he had record of the call I made/RMA number but still would not even attempt to help me with a resolve to what was clearly a miscommunication on the company reps part. I have no agenda to return something to the wrong place only to not receive a refund and the fact that the customer service rep was unwilling to provide a supervisor to assist me is unacceptable. The box was obviously returned to the company as it was marked as "return to sender" and had an RMA number marked in 2 places on the package as I was advised to do. The company has the returned product and I am still due a refund. If the post office did not deliver the package it would have been returned to my home address again.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund in the amounts of $104.92 and $103.89 for the unopened 2 returned products that were sent back with RMA # on the package and marked as return to sender per the directive of the company rep.
