Review: I ordered a tree as a sympathy gift online from this company. I did receive an automated confirmation right away, but there was no estimate for shipping. I called and got an answering machine, left a message asking for them to get back to me with a shipping date. I have not heard back from them. I also attempted to contact by email for this infomation. My credit card was charged, although I am currently disputing the charge.Desired Settlement: If I do end up getting this product, which I am skeptical of at this time, I will not want it. Since this was a sympathy gift, I now have to order something else. I am not able to wait and see what happens with this. If this company was legitimate, they would have already gotten back to me to give me an estimated ship date.

Review: In December of 2010 I purchased an Eternitree. It started dying shortly after we planted it in the spring of 2011. We left it planted and waited until spring of 2012 to see if we could get it to grow. It did not. On February 11, 2013 I called and talked to [redacted] at Eternitree and he asked me to wait until later April/May to call so we could see if it would come to life. (yea right). So I waited and when it didn't "come to life", I called [redacted] and left a message. I got an email from him on June 11, 2013 asking me to do a scratch test to see if the inside was still green meaning the tree was still alive. I was apprehensive because the tree was now a twig. But I did it and the twig broke in half. I then emailed [redacted] again on June 13, 2013 to let him know it was dead. I didn't hear anything back. So on June 30 I emailed [redacted] again. I have still received NO answer from [redacted] at Eternitree. Nor have I received a replacement tree, nor have I received a refund. I think I deserve one of these per his "guarantee". It is advertised that these trees are guaranteed FOR LIFE. It says "We will replace your tree free of charge if it doesn't survive for any reason". The sapling I received cost $51.95 and I am wondering why now that the tree is dead I hear nothing from [redacted] at Eternitree. He seemed like a nice Gentleman, but if these trees are guaranteed for life and mine is dead and I been in contact with [redacted] on several occasions, then why can't I get a replacement tree? Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] at Eternitree to honor his "lifetime guarantee" and replace my sapling. If he can't do that then please refund my money. These trees are way less than that at any of the major hardware stores in the Lansing Michigan area!
