I received laser hair removal at Eternity Med SpaThe previous employee *** started my laser hair removal, she was fired, and the owner *** tried to finishI have no resultsI have paid hundreds of dollars for this service and it was not completed successfullyI want my money back for thisI also received microblading on my eyebrows from an independent contractor *** who also left EternityThe results are very bad and my eyebrows are blue/greyI want my money back for this service

there's a promise of dress size changes, inches loss or weight loss for that matterOur system works perfectly fine The consent also states that it's a minimum of three treatmentsThat is a huge statement, therefore, *** *** only had one treatment for her fat below the bra line and two treatments on the back flank areaShe did not pay for more then thatThe consent guidelines are a minimum of three treatments in any spot that we doTherefore, I spoke with my business manager and she said under no circumstances do you offer her any money back so I'm withdrawing my offer for the $Also, my business manager said I need to withdraw the offer of $to *** and $500 to ***They had amazing results, clinical resultsThe results were as good if not better than any photos that were shown to them from clinical trial pictures that Physicians took for the FDA trialWe then asked them to come back for their week and week post photos taken after the third treatmentWe were advised by *** that she wasn't able to come back for any of her post photos because she was vacationing in Miami for the winter*** also told myself, my nurse, my marketing director and my esthetician that she was very happy with her results. She brought us a little Christmas gift in mid-December and then left for her Miami winterWe also asked *** to come in for her posts photos, she was going to be going to Naples FloridaI do not know if she was there for the whole winter but she was asked to come in for photosAgain, once they leave our office we cannot be held responsible for any of their lifestyle and dietary choicesI truly tried to make both *** and *** as happy as possible by offering them another free treatmentThat treatment would cost me a lot of money to doI offered it to them on several occasionsThey did not want any part of itMy marketing director feels that they came into our Medical Spa because ***'s daughter was opening up her own Medical Spa and she wanted to try out our equipment and now wants to figure out a way to get her money backAll in all, I'm very disappointed in the fact that the three sisters complained about their medical services with usThey were treated with the upmost respect, kindness and medical ethicsOnce again, with their permission in writing, I would be very happy to show you there before and aftersThey really were fantastic resultsPlease let me know if you have anymore questionsThank you very muchSincerely, *** ***

In November/December 2015, I purchased ultra shape procedures from EternityThe cost was $ I had the procedures done and there were no (zero) results from the procedures I questioned Eternity about the procedure and they gave me the run aroundThen came the excuses of the machine was not working and they didn't know why and very unprofessional of handling the situation Then, they offered to do procedure again I decline to have procedure again

Michelle and her team are not just professional and caring, but they go beyond the extra step when it comes to customer service I always feel at ease and confident with whatever treatment I seek at Eternity Medical Spa I get great advice, feedback and I am extremely happy with the way it has changed my outlook and confidence level The nurses have over years of experience and are experts in their field

I have had a number of procedures at this spa (botox, juvederm, laser genesis, voluma) and have achieved great results The staff is friendly, experienced and up to date on the latest technology

I have complaints .This SPA is selling soon to expire products without letting patients know thatIn July of I had an a procedure where the nurse injected a filler in my cheeks When the nurse left the Room I took a box of the filler and realized that it will expire in October of I have confronted the nurse about an issue and She explained me that the products injected in face will not expire as long as it used before expire date .Since She was a nurse I listen to her , however later on when speaking with a nurse in another salon She stated I was being trickedAny filler should have at least 1-years validity before expire date Second complaint : I went for a small procedure where I consulted a nurse about my rising eyebrow on left side.She has advised me to inject units in left eyebrow and to relax the muscle which we did A week later I called the salon and explained her that I would Like to do the same procedure on my right eyebrow and the owner explained

workI actually thought that I had a very nice business relationship with this girlShe was always extremely happy when she would leave our facilityShe always told the employees that gave her ongoing treatments how pleased she was with everything including her laser hair removalIn fact, at my last treatment appointment with her, I told her that she had a significant clearingIn all my years of laser hair removal, I have never had one complaint until nowI am a perfectionist and can supply you with many, many past happy clients to attest to thatThe employees at Eternity Med Spa know this to be a factHer results were top notchSeveral staff members who took care of this young girl are willing to write you letters, as well, if need beAs per the FDA, laser hair removal is not considered permanent, nor is it considered % reductionIn fact, the FDA says that everyone’s results are individual due to genetics, hormones and other reasonsI can provide you with FDA trials and many articles on that issue if need beAnd note, there is no standard for the number of treatments for men and women, everyone is differentMost companies will tell you that it can take anywhere from to treatments, and even beyondAs far as her eyebrows go, that treatment was performed by a subcontractor, a permanent cosmetic expert/aesthetician who is a national permanent cosmetic trainerWhile subcontracting at my facility, the permanent cosmetic expert was also working at another medical spa facility in ***She provides post care instructions to all her clients and schedules them for touch-upsShe also goes into detail about skin care products that all her clients should avoid to not alter any of her workThe young girl had her first treatment at my facility and from what I heard, she had her second treatment at the other facilityWhat these clients do after they leave their appointments is their responsibilityPermanent cosmetics are not permanent and will fade due to aftercare of skin products, cleansers, peels, the outside environment and the sun once they leave the facilityThat is why it is very important to follow post care instructions provided by the permanent cosmetic expertThis subcontractor reassured me that she uses only the finest and safest products on the marketIn fact, this young girls eyebrows were so beautiful that the permanent cosmetic expert showcased them on her social media accountsI have pictures to prove itI also was told that this young girl was so happy with her eyebrows that she referred others including her friends in New JerseyIn today’s world, it is very sad that people can go on and bash a business that doesn’t deserve itIn fact, we tell all of our clients to come to us at any time with any concerns, which by the way is very seldomWe are very ethical through and through and provide a wonderful service to the St Louis community by offering them the very best medical care and the lowest pricing possibleWhat this young girl is asking for back is not only the money for her laser hair removal, but also all other anti-aging services that includes lasers, facials, peels and medical grade skin careShe inquired and wanted all these services on her ownShe was never pushed into doing any service, we do not operate that wayShe was not on any contract, she could have stopped coming at any time that if she was unhappy.
