windowsOnce we received his complaint I was able to contact him and get a full more in detail description of what the problem wasThere was a lot of miscommunication between who was tryigng to fix his windows Since my Boss wasn't aware of who *** was until he told us his story and who his contracter wasThat same week that I got a hold of him we scheduled a Service and fixed all this window problems that same weekEvery since we have not received another call from him in regards to his windows and if theres ever any problems he is more than welcome to contact us.Thank you!*** ***HR departmentEternity Windows and Doors (714) 237-
