Even though they did not respond to you, the day after you contacted them, they refunded the money.  I could find no way to update the complaint to reflect this.

Review: Like a few other complaints I've seen here, ETF is not refunding my $3,997 investment into their 9D System like they advertised. I signed up in November, requested my refund in January, and although received an immediate RMA Number from "[redacted]" and had many email exchanges from [redacted] that "they are not ignoring me" and "I just spoke to the back office and moved your request to the front of the line"...I'm not sure why this is happening b/c I continue to receive buying signals from them via text, so they are still operating. Plus, I actually tried their original system 6 or so years ago and it was very complex, so I requested a refund and received it then...so I felt completely comfortable working with them again.I've also contacted a law firm to request class action help...we'll see if that gains traction.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund plus additional retribution for false advertising. They need to be fined and/or shut down immediately. They continue to market to me to now sign up for one-on-one consulting with BigA...

Review: I had purchased a 90-day money back guarantee trading program from ETF Trading for the amount of $2047.00. After many attempts in trying to contact ETF by email and phone with no responses, I began to feel uneasy about the company. I again tried to contact the company for a "Return Confirmation Number" to receive a credit back to my credit card company, again no response. This company had defrauded me as a consumer, as well as my credit card company. I desperately need help in the refund to my credit card company account in the amount of $2047.00.Desired Settlement: I would like this resolved by refunding my credit card company the total amount of $2047.00. My [redacted] account was charge 2 times, one in the amount of $862.00 and $1185.00.

Review: Subscription had 60 day guarantee period to try service and if not satisfied with service then 100% return will be provided. I have started process on 3/31/15 by emailing cancel notice and submitted document evidence for working the trading signals and was not profitable. Sent again on 4/8/15, again on 4/9/15 by forwarding to contact email address given, again on 4/15/15 and left voice message on 4/11/15 and no response. Finally submitted hard copy of all emails via snail mail on 4/18/15, still no response or refund processed as of 4/30/15. Now I am concerned how many others have been in the same place and possibly False advertisement for not honoring 60 day guarantee period. My customer order was paid on 2/4/15. Option to cancel service is not available on login site either.Desired Settlement: Looking for the full refund paid of $999.00

This company has stopped all support for products inccluding 'lifetime' support products, no longer responds to ANY requests. The owner Aden R[redacted], known as Big A, has apparanrly disappeared leaving all the hundreds or thousands of people who invested in his courses and software and lifetime mentorship without recourse.
I invested thousands with Big A, Aden R[redacted]'s alias, now all wasted.

Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please note that this is an automated email, so do not reply to this email.I would like to provide you with as much information as possible on this subject. To be honest, the easiest and quickest solution would likely be best to dispute the charge(issue) with your credit card company as they are better equipped to handle such large amounts that allows them to take care of it quicker. To your trading success!Sincerely,Big [email protected] you for allowing me the opportunity to assist you.I contacted my credit card company and they replied that since the Vendor had received payment and I had paid the bill, I could not dispute the charge. I have repeatedly sent this information to ETF Trend Trading requesting that they credit the amount back to the credit card. ETF Trend Trading has not replied to any further e-mails.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount charged to the original credit card used in the transaction.

Review: This company agreed to give me a refund on Dec. 8, 2014, but no refund has been made. On Jan. 14, 2015 they sent the following: "Dear trader,We apologize for the delay in refunding. Recently we have run into some issues with regards to getting everything returned to you. We promise we will resolve this issue shortly and keep you updated. We are committed to you our client and look forward to serving you". The last contact I had with them was on Feb. 11 2015. Now they won't answer the phone or respond to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of $1999.00 that was promised. The company issued a refund tracking number ([redacted])on Dec. 8, 2014.

Review: I am a customer of ETF Trend Trading. I paid 3996.00 for training and daily signals in a service called Super Signals. The period of service was to be from 11/26/2013-10/26/2015. The service used the work of a 3rd party. On 11/21/2014 the signals stopped. I contacted ETF Trend Trading and they said that the 3rd Party had been fired and they were no longer using them. I asked for a prorated refund and they agreed to refund me $2000. That was on 12/04/2014. Many emails and excuses later, I still have not received a refund, and they have stopped responding to my emails.Desired Settlement: The promised $2000 refund.

Review: On February 23,2015, I purchased ETF Trend Trading's Nadex Bull Spreads product for $1999.00 with a $41.21 shipping fee. The product came with a 60 day no questions asked 100% money back guarantee for the customer who is not satisfied with the product. The only requirement being was that the materials be returned in any condition only after obtaining a return conformation number from ETF Trend Trading. After trying this product on a demo account for a few weeks, I decided this product did not meet my expectations. I emailed the company at the email address on the return flier which came with the product, [redacted], on March 26, March 30, and April 6, 2015 requesting a return conformation number but have not received any responses to my emails. In addition to this, I called ETF Trend Trading At [redacted] during their normal business hours of 8am to 5pm PST. There was no support staff to answer my calls at the time of the calls so I left messages each time. I have yet to receive a call back to my voice mail messages.Desired Settlement: I would like ETF Trend Trading to honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee and refund my credit card for $1997.00. I will happily send their product back first.

Review: On Jan. 6,2015, I emailed ETF's billing dept. to cancel the "9D Trading System" and for a refund of $3997 to be applied to my credit card. When I did not get a reply by Jan 9, 2015, I emailed them again, Also emailed the business Manager ([redacted])and left messages for him to call me. I have continued to call their office (over 50 times) and it has always gone to voice mail. I have left over 20 voice mail messages. As of Jan. 21, 2015, I have not received any reply as to the status of my request to cancel the 9D trading system and for a refund of $3997. I am well under their 90 day 100% money day guarantee (purchased program 11/11/14).Desired Settlement: Refund of $3997

Review: I registered for the "Hedge Fund Manager" course and used a credit card for the first of 2 insatllments ($1,100) The materials came in timely fashion, but between the registration and now (approximately 2 weeks) things have changed and I am no longer interested in the course. I have called several numbers and left messages, and have emailed but have not recieved the return confirmation number that they say is needed. I do not want this to get any 'older' than it needs to be so I am letting Revdex.com know I want resolution ASAP.Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: refund entire $1,100 per documentation and video promises

Review: On December 1 2014, I signed up for a 90 day trial of ETF Trend Trading's "Bull Spreads and Binary Option" for $2,496.00. On January 27, I contacted ETF Trend Trading requesting a refund for this service. In response, I was offered to try for 90 days "ETF Trend Trading LIfetime Accelelerated Membership Program" a different service offered by ETF Trend Trading, as an exchange. I decided to give it a try. This system requires one opens an account with Trade Station and get it founded, which takes some times (specially if you fund the account by transferring funds from an IRA with a different broker). By the times I had an account set up with Trade station I contacted ETF Trend Trading asking for assistance with their system to identify trades. Since last Thursday, April 16th, 2 weeks before the expiration of this 90 day trial, when I requested basic assistance with their system to enter the mandatory trade and first communicated to ETF Trend Trading my desire to opt out and get a refund, though I have placed several calls on every business day, nobody picked up the phone, none of my phone messages were answered and none of my emails have been answered. I have communicated repeatedly to ETF Trend Trading that I was not seeing any trade to follow/enter on their daily blogs and even sent them a pic of the daily blog.Desired Settlement: I have a detailed email trail showing clearly that this is a 90 day trial (ending May 2nd) and therefore I am perfectly entitled to ask a refund. The fact that ETF Trend Trading has not answered my emails nor returned my phone calls (since April 16, when I requested a refund) and thus is 1/- not providing basic assistance with their system2/- acknowledging my legitimate request for refundis simply not acceptable to me and constitutes a clear breach of service/agreement.

Review: Company promised to refund $4000 upon return of software. The software was returned but company has not refunded nor will talk with me.

I bought a computerized auto trading system from company 1/26/2011 for $3999. Bought a second auto trading system on 7/29/2011 for $3997. These systems were supposed to run for several years. They shutdown both systems 7/13/2012 without notifying me. I requested a refund of my money and company offered substitute systems which I wasn't really interested in. They said that they couldn't offer refund. After negotiations, I agreed to test another system for six months with promise that they would refund $4000 if I wasn't satisfied. After the six month trial period I wasn't satisfied and requested the promised refund. This was 3/29/2013. After sending back the software I was promised my $4000 refund which I have not received and the company has ignored my subsequent email queries.Desired Settlement: I would like the $4000 which was promised to me to be paid.

Review: My complaint concerns the guarantee offered by ETF Trend Trading for its AAPL Signals Service that I purchased. They have a 90-day money-back guarantee for their services. I invoked this guarantee within the 90 day period, but they have been refusing to return my payment. Here is the timeline of the relevant events:Oct. 2, 2014I purchased the AAPL Signals Service membership from their web site, at a cost of $2300.00 (Order ID: [redacted]).I authorized credit card payments for the service, with 2 payments of $1150.00 each, charged 1 month apart. The service included some educational materials, which were sent promptly. The service included a money-back guarantee. From their promotional material, the guarantee states, 100% Guaranteed - If you are not satisfied, just send us an email and return the package within 90 days of activating your AAPL Signals membership and you will be refunded.Nov. 10, 2014I was not satisfied with the service, so I e-mailed the company, requesting a refund. The company responded the same day, assigning me RMA number [redacted]. They instructed me to return the educational materials to an address in Valparaiso, IN.Nov. 13, 2014Fedex delivered the educational materials (tracking no. [redacted]). B. Barber signed for the delivery.Dec. 8, 2014 and Jan. 12, 2015I e-mailed the company about the refund status. They did not respond.Jan. 16, 2015I e-mailed the company about the refund status.I received a response from Big A who apologized for the delay in refunding. He stated in his e-mail, Recently we have run into some issues with regards to getting everything returned to you. We promise we will resolve this issue shortly and keep you updated. Feb. 3, 2015I e-mailed the company, requesting the status of the refund. I suggested that they send me a check for $2300.00 or even 2 checks for $1150.00 each, spaced a month apart. They did not respond.Feb. 9, 2015I e-mailed the company for an update. They did not respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of US$2300.00 in one of the following ways:(a) A credit of $2300.00 applied to my credit card; or(b) A check for $2300.00, mailed to me; or(c) Two (2) checks for $1150.00 each, dated no more than one month apart, mailed to me.

Review: I was a two year subscriber to one of their signals trading services. They shut this service down after one year due to their contractor not following their established trading rules. First, they refused to refund my remaining funds and said they would only "swap" it for another service. Then they said they would refund my money and gave me an "RMA" number. Later, they changed their minds again and are now refusing to refund my money. I paid for two years. They are only willing to "swap" it for something else. If I had wanted something else I would have signed up for that to begin with. They are now not responding to my emails.Desired Settlement: Refund my $1990.00 and I will be happy.
