Review: I have a past due balance with Sun Dental Laboratories, which I had been making payments on. The person in their billing office was terminated and they hired a collection agency. I have received numerous harassing phone calls, and email messages from an employee of E$P Receivables Management. Multiple calls and emails in the same day. They have referenced me "not paying my bill", as well divulging the amount due with several of my staff members that have nothing to do with finance. Yesterday, one of their employees named Angie Muraski (who was never seen as a patient in our office) posted a slandering, inflammatory review on our practices facebook page. The person sending the emails lists her name as Angelique [redacted], and has made threats against my business. They are violating the law by calling our office multiple times on one day.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be reminded that they are liable for slandering my name, and my business, and can be taken to court for that. They have broken the law, and I am only delinquent in paying my bill. I would expect an apology from their employee that has slandered my name and my business.

I have used Ethan and associates since 2002 to help collect on "dead beat" customers; likes those who write checks after you provide them a lengthy service in the middle of a snow storm; only to cancel the check the next day); and Ethan has been there with a polite and professional attitude every time.

I have recommended Ethan and Associates to many of my business contacts; and will continue to due so...
