Review: My wife purchased, downloaded, and deployed anti-gambling software for our family computer. While the system worked well, her subscription has run out. However, after her subscription ran out, this firm has now made all of our browsing impossible. No matter what address we try to find in our browser, we are always redirected to [redacted]." While my wife and I have asked for instructions to remove this blocking software, Ethel, LLC has not supplied us with the proper key number to uninstall the product. Instead, the The so-called support staff at Ethel, LLC merely re-supplies the same information that doesn't remove the anti-blocking software. I've sent emails and made phone calls today (July 9) about how to resolve this problem but have received no responses. Thus, my family (which uses the internet to pay our bills) has been on browsing lockdown since July 7. My wife mentioned today that she should just as well pay the $30 subscription fee, but I told her such a move would be giving in to petty, virtual extortion.Desired Settlement: We simply want to provided with the proper information to remove this blocking software. Seems strange that a company ostensibly dealing with addiction would be so cavalier about responding to the concerns and complaints of its customers. Right now, the business practices of Ethel, LLC. seem to be this: "pay or else."

I just emailed your wife. I am really sorry for the delay. Restart your computer and your browser will be unblocked, but you still need to uninstall. Follow the instructions I previously sent you, this time the pass code will work. I had to update your account on our end. Once again, I apologize.

**. [redacted] then emailed me later on July 9th confirmed that our program was uninstalled. After I received a letter from the Revdex.com, I emailed **. [redacted] on July 25th, but he never responded.

At this point, as far as I know **. [redacted]'s issue has been satisfied.
