The roof was leaking prior to us going over there to look at itSuperior Roofing does not give warranty's on repairsThe only warranty we give is on a new roofI called and asked the homeowner when we finished the repair to make sure that it was not leaking and she was not at home at the time
When she come and paid for the repair it was not leaking at that time. Our guys went out to the homeowners on a rainy day and showed the homeowner another problem that had nothing to do with the roofThe homeowner stopped back into the office wanting the guys to come back out but he did not want them over there unless he was thereThe guys tried to call him before going over there and they could not get no answer
